  1. By the way, once I left Lacygne today I hit Hillsdale and caught this one.
  2. I'm glad I wasn't I one this morning, I took pics of these fish and got home and looked and you can't see the length at all.
  3. I promise I'll get you out with me soon!
  4. I made it to Lacygne from 9-12 today, when I got there the winds were pretty strong. It was about all I could stand to go 35mph! I had the trolling motor coming out of the water and waves crashing on the bow. But you know me it wasn't long before I was hooked into one. Wrong species once again. :-/ After that I decided to fish a new area I'd marked on the bird the other day thinking "this looks good" it was a place that went from 10-20" with a couple nice ledges and shelfs. I got this one that missed the big girl status by 1oz coming in at 4.15# I also got this one that made big girl and then some!!! She was summertime skinny but I Hope I see her again real soon
  5. I honestly don't remember? I know you can link with Facebook and it will use your FB profile pic. I upload my pics with Photobuket and I'd say I used that to resize?
  6. Yes, they are called farm ponds!
  7. This is what your looking for &what you want to put in them. I've got a few extras I'm not using now but I'm not sure I want to let them go but if you can't find any shoot me a pm
  8. Try using the reel from the zillion rod and casting the same 3/4 spinnerbait and see how it casts? I'm guessing ite not loading the rod throwing a weightless worm?
  9. You want the blue or green Shimano boxes. Unfortunately they don't make them anymore.
  10. Nicely done!!! BRAVO
  11. Yes you need to pay for parking at Lacygne. As long as your fishing and not "pleasure boating" you don't need anything at Paola.
  12. The biggest flat I've got from Lacygne is 38# but it has bigger You may also want to try Miola in Paola I know of a couple 60+ That came on a rod/reel. :0 It's also has a few nice bass and some Saugeye but once again with 80*+ water temps everyplace could be tuff
  13. It's nice because you don't have to deal with ski boats or water roaches.
  14. Yes it casts great and I like the long rear grip. It's a great rod imho
  15. Lacygne has some of the nicest fish but It can flat out beat you up more times than not.
  16. Any word on the Mondo thing?
  17. Stay away! Lots of good lakes around but the heat is making them hard to fish now.
