I would be fishing a half ounce jig around cover rocks / wood on 50 lb braid

Ive been using md heavy for a while now and it just doesn't seem like it can deal with pitching and just fishing a 1/2 oz jig, what do you use? im looking for suggestions as to what rod i should get

How do you fish a chatterbait? ive heard they are good during the fall, and in cold water, do you just reel it in, yo yo it ? any help is appreciated thanks Ryan dingah

yep, only a couple years left till the lead jigs get put aside here in NH, really sucks though because im 16 and dont have a job and i cant afford to pay 6 bucks for 3 weights when my truck guzzles gas at 12 mpg.
