Just picked up a Lee pot for a good price. If you had to pick two jigs molds, which two would you pick?

Also would a 70lb be way overkill? I figured it would be better safe than sorry but wasn't sure.

Building a 14’ aluminum right now, trying to decide between which motor to throw on the front. I’m between a motor guide x3 70lbs with 50” shaft and Minn Kota maxxum 70 with 52” shaft. They seem to be just about identical on paper, but the motor guides about $200 cheaper. Any input? Thanks

I'm not really looking for a power wrapper, I'm just not sure which hand wrapper to buy as there are quite a few around.

Would you recommend the flexcoat specifically for the price or do you think the CRB kit would be a better value?

I'm looking at getting in building some rods, but I am unsure of what wrapper to buy. I'm looking at the CRB bundle with the wrapper, basic tools and dryer. I do not really want to invest in a power wrapper right now, so I would like to stick to a hand wrapper.

Will a 5 weight be able to handle bass, only curious as I may be moving to Florida in the next year, so I want something thats relatively all purpose.

Also, what other things do you guys reccomend I purchase along with the combo, other than waders?

Thanks for the advice, wouldn't really be targeting salmon much, but can be caught in the places I woul be fishing. Usually they average 10-14inches so their not huge.

Thanks for the advice I'll look into those. Don't really have any local shops that are close by, except for cabelas which has a good size fly department. Since cabelas is the only real option for locally, I'll probably stick to buying offline if possible.

Looking to pickup a flyrod combo for mostly brook trout, brown trout and small salmon. I plan on buying a 9' 5 Weight rod, but don't want to spend too much. My budget is probably around $150 at most. Anyone have any combos I should look into?

Possibly moving down to Florida in the next year, couple job opportunities are in either West Palm area and Port Charlotte/ Punta Gorda. I've only spent time in Naples, where there's ponds and canal everywhere. From the looking of it, West Palm area is similar. Looking at the map though, Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda look alot different freshwater wise. Are there any real opportunities for freshwater in those areas compared to West Palm?

Few still on beds here an there.I've seen fry anywhere from 1/2" to 2 1/2", so there's a wide range in timing.

I'm fishing a retention pond in SWFL, I've tried spooks and poppers at all times of day with zero luck. Does topwater just not work at some ponds?

Wheres the best place for bank fishing?

Probably won't be able to do that, unfortunately. Although that's ony about 1/2 mile away.

Anyone know any good spots? Is the golden gate canal any good now? Best spot for bank fishing on that?

I'm down in Naples, been fishing the pond where I'm staying, an were not having much luck. Only caught about 10 fishing in the two days we've been here, and we've tried about everything. The fish also are not too big in this pond, I've fished it before and they've always average 1-2 lbs with 4 being pretty big here. I'd like to try another spot that's good, if anyone's got one in Naples. Thanks!

Bottle says 100%.Ingredients list only acetone and that other chemical. The other chemical is just to make it bitter. It's not scented or anything.

Picked up some acetone nail polish remover today, didn't realize until I got home that it had denatonium benzoate in it. Will this affect the bearings at all? Should I just go to hardware store and buy regular acetone? Or should I just soak in simple green after acetone? Thanks.
