  1. Went out and did some night fishing last night fished a good size cove thats covered with reeds and is about 8 feet at deepest, caught a few on a frog but decided to try a rage rigged rage craw. Never tryed rage rigging or the the craw before but now I'm A believer! Casted it out just barely into a big patch of weeds, my friend went to cast and got his line tangled all around my rod, as I was trying to fix the mess my rod starts bending right over and this is my first fish on the rig. Anyone wanna take a guess at the weight

  6. spawns definetly still goin on now ad will be this weekend, I was on a 650 acre lake this weekend about 40 miles from cobbosee and all I was catching on beds was smallmouth so large mouth hadn't started there spawn yet so I'm positive you will be doing some bed fishing

  8. Same here, I never develop any pattern I just throw baits and hope I get a fish, I mean I throw them where fish would hold but never develop a good bait there biting on well or any pattern.
  9. They're pretty similar, tubes, grubs, drop shotting, cranks, all work good the most productive crank patterns Ive found are crawfish for me.

  11. I bought a Shimano Compre back a bit ago this year and was wondering what some of the best uses would be? Its a 6'10" MH XF tip with lure rating of 3/8 to 1 oz I was thinking spinnerbaits what do you think? What else could I use it for? Thank You!

  14. IMO I prefer a longer rod of about 7'6"-7'11" for flipping but those are good rods you have chosen.

  19. Have had a very hard time finding lake maps for my state finnally found a site and want to make sure this is correct before buying. Here's an example they give from a map of a local map http://www.omnimap.com/cgi/graphic.pl?images/fishing/62-7193-G401d.jpg Does this look good? Worth 11$?

  22. Trolling with sewed on smelts or shiners should do well, troll around schools of bait fish. Good luck. You could also try trolling streamer flys but I don't know a whole lot about that so I don't want to direct you the wrong way with that.
  23. Ive only been to one pond and it's only 60 acres, temps are about 65 I could see a bunch of old beds almost wondering if theyve already spawned there..
