caught 2 and worked my butt off for them on spinnerbaits water still cold and this record heat and early warm playin havoc on fishing around here everything i usuallly do aint working

25 years ago dont know what kind but only lasted 1 cast father and i fishing for carp casted it out put it on a y stick went to do #1 behind a tree and carp ripeed it right into river my dad was sooo mad but laughing too hard to care

i had 3 spools of line break halfway on a full spool using triline xl and flourocarbon in 12 14 and 10 # test and dont know why?? any ideas why?

i have a quantum nitrious combo i got at dicks for 50$ was 100 works good and i got the quantumn escalade on sale for 60 was 120 both work good for me i like my shimano more but i have had no problems with the dicks combos for the price its ok

i get a sharp pain in my neck been to doctor too its just same as you were getting old and doing 1000 cast a day in rain and all kinds of weather takes its toll but ill never give up fishing so i just deal with it

been fishing in ma for 2 weeks slow start but catching a few

went out today was picture perfect day had new line on and it was the worst p-line c21 or something broke twice and backlash city so spent most of my time playin with line and the bucket fisherman were out in full force its pathetic

going fishing in ma today a few local ponds form shore with spinnerbaits and if the bite aint happening might switch to spinning gear and use a rooster tail if that dont work go to ul and try for the trout for dinner

curious why dont you use fluoro i dont either i just dont like the feel

caught 2 one in chlemsford one in westford thinking of going to forest lake in methuen tommrow

how often do you change your mono i fish a lot and beat mine up prettty bad so i change mine like every 2 weeks

the waters i fish have a lot of lead and mercury so i do all catch and release

was a cold windy day but got my first bass today on a small local lake using a spinnerbait i had lost one 30 min before i landed this one even though he was only about a pound and a half it felt soooo good

feel so guilty posting this but i think it will give everyone a laugh it was 37* cold windy was trying for bass but hooked him

thanks i just got some good deals at dicks sporting goods today no more money till next week then ill check them out hahah

went out was rough fishing from shore no bites but saw a kibby so bass be in soon

picked up 300yrds 10# at dicks for 5$ anyone use it how is it

near record warmth today about 65 but its going to be 30 to 40 mph winds arggh ice is melted going out but dont think i will be able to use my baitcasters looks like its spinning gear with rooster tails and spinnerbaits maybe ill try trout saw the trout truck yesterday lol
