  1. smart man right there. I'm too stupid to stop fishing, I was out on the Potomac during hurricane Irene hauling in bass left and right in my kayak. I fish rainstorms whenever they pop up. I even have a couple rods with electric tape grips. I've had a couple close calls, but that electric tape on my rod saved me.
  2. Going out with my girlfriend this weekend, gonna rig up the fishing kayaks. We are gonna try the city docks area around the Rappahanock.
  3. 8lb anything, if you're gonna use an ultralite, use a good brand of line at 8lb test.
  4. This isn't for IPhone, but I had Mark Davis Pro bass challenge as a little kid for the ps2.
  5. I always say, " Here piggy piggy, squeal for me baby, squeal hoggy " and then i'll make squealing sounds similar to that in the movie Deliverance. yeah... I get weird looks.
  6. Do what DVT said, stock up. No telling when they'll discontinue it.
  7. At least go out with a bang. Try to get banned.
  8. oh I have, they're pretty good.
  9. I live by Catch & Release, I've had people offer me money for my bass, I'll look right at them and say " Sorry, catch one yourself " and I'll throw it back in after I say it. The only fish I keep/kill are trout, snakehead. I eat trout, I destroy snakehead.

I have one my grandfather gave me, it's never been renickled, it's from the mid 1800's. Dual action, revolver. Does anyone know where I can get ammo for this? The modern 41 round doesn't fit. It's fully operatable, I just wanna find ammo.
  11. Simple as that, tell me your favorites. My favorites. 1. Stanford Lures Patriot Shad 2. Kopper's Live Target Largemouth Bass 3. Kopper's Live Target Crayfish 4. Spro Fat Papa 70 5. Jackall Aragon
  12. I have an old shimano aero glass rod, matched with a Shimano Sidestab. It has wonderful flexibility with my crankbaits.
  13. I love both, I use the new one to add a modern look to my spinning outfit, i love the pearl blue color. I had the old one with the rosewood handle for my trout outfit. Both handle very well.
  14. I tie my own. I'll put it on the sage with my Orvis Mach reel.
  15. You'll like it. It handles the same as a Mojo Bass rod, if not better. Daiwa is a great company.
  16. It's a freakin' good rod. Performs better than the Veritas and Carrot Stix.
  17. Team Daiwa T- series rod tops both of them. At 79$.
  18. Ugly Stick, now I know what you're thinking. " ew no " but I have 20 ugly stick lites, 7 1/2', 7', 6 1/2', they are awesome for all around rods, and they can be beat up.
  19. I'll second that, I catch dozens of those in that river.
  20. That'd be a good bed time story for the kids. Haha. Nice catch.
  21. I got all the kopper's crayfish, in every color. 200$+ in lures, luckily I used eBay to get it for cheap. The only expensive lures I buy are under 15.
  22. I guess this is a matter of preference.
  23. HELLLLLLL NO! Swivels can cause the bait to spin or twist, it won't always swim properly. Not saying it won't catch fish, but the crank bait will have a more natural presentation if you tie it instead of swivel snapping it.
