I bought a 6'8" mh cumara from tackle warehouse for $99.00 when they were closing them out. Should have bought several. I have a chronrch 50E on it. That is my nicest combo.

I just bought 12lb ultra soft yozuri off eBay for 8.99 shipped on a 600 yards spool, received it in 2 days. Look for scissortailsports on eBay out of Oklahoma.

Check out the Oakley vault website. They have a lot of good deals on polarized glasses. I just bought some pit bull angling specific polarized.

I paid $2.96 a piece up here at wallyworld and thought I was getting a good deal. Also got 2 packs of strike king shimmy sticks at that same price. At Cabelas I bought a couple of the clackin raps for $3.88 a piece. They also had xcalibur one knockers for $3.

The only deals I have found at Wallyworld was online. Bought a vendetta last year for $29 on line. Just scored some climbing sticks and hang on stands for $29 each shipped

The only ones I have seen at my local wallyworld are strike kings.

Lots of good advice. I had a free ten bucks at Dicks so i picked up a cavitron buzz bait, heddon super spook jr, strike king sexy dawg and an arbogast hula popper. Heading out tomorrow morning with my nephew so I will see how these work. Which set up works best with top water. I have a 7'6" vendetta mh with bpq 7.1 and 65 lb pp. A 7' m vendetta with a revo s with 12 lb yozuri hybrid. A 6'9" mh veritas with revo sx and 12 lb yozuri hybrid. A 6'8" mh cumara with a chronarch 50e with 10 lb spiderwire flouro, or a 6'6" m quantum with a daiwa strikeforce reel with 10lb mono.

I have been looking at used boats very similair to that on craigslist. Minus the autopilot the same boat is going for around $7k here. The ones I have seen actually all had the 50hp 2 stroke.

I am not sure when I am going to go. Thought i was going to go this year but looks like Kansas again. Might wait a couple years when my kids are older so I can take a longer trip and hunt a few states.

Unless you have gift cards fo not limit yourself to Bass Pro. You can find better deals on line usually, though you would not be able to handle them first. There are also some really good buys in the classifides here. Look at the great gear sell off thread.

I just got a 50e as well. Put it on my Cumara and I was surprised how far I could toss a senko. I have not even played with the brakes yet.

That is a great theory. But how can you be sure Wiley x is the best if you have never had a pair of Costas? Norhing wrong with being paid to advertise a product, but when you start throwing "the best" around it diminishes your statements IMHO.

I just tried flouro for the first time, spiderwire on my new chronarch/cumara combo. Do not like it. I will try a better brand, i like the yozuri hybrid better than the spiderwire.i did get what I paid for.

Since you have to stay at academy, the lews baitcaster speed spool 7" mh combo is $99, and the pfleuger purist spinning 6"6 m combo is $99. That will leave you some money for line and tackle.

I had a shimano sedona that I really liked, and got it for $29. I gave it to my father because he was having trouble with his reel and am now looking for one myself. Gander has the sahara on sale for $59 with free shipping i believe.
