  1. We were told it could take up to two year to complete the repair. Then from there who know how long to refill based on snow and rainfall. Not sure if it is spring fed or not?

  3. Don't have much info for you but they do allow fishing from the docks. You can also try the ones in Center Harbor as well. I would stay away on the weekends......or go early am.
  4. Mebisho, sorry to hear that. I have been rehabbing from that same surgery. 6 months before Doc would let me pick up a fishing rod. Just started a work rehab program so maybe Sept I can get back to work. Need to take it slow and let it heal. Hope it works out for you.
  5. Bob, that is correct. My dad has a place on there and it is being drawn down from 265 acres to 83 acres. Starting Monday after Labor day 6-12 inches a day will be drawn down so they can start repairs on the d**n. Project is expected to last 12-24 months. Mendums Pond FAQs
  6. Sorry to hear the news Bob. I will keep an ear out and let a few guys at work know.
  7. All I will say is watch out for the rocks!! Get a map or a chip for your fish finder. Good luck and have fun.
  8. Mebisho, I wish you luck. I am recovering from the same thing but I had a torn rotator cuff too. Been out since my surgery the beginning of February . It is a slow process so don't rush it. Good luck. David
  9. Do you know if she is keeping the store open?
  10. I know not really the right place to post this but......Anyone looking for a 2 bank battery charger I found what I thought was a great deal. Minn Kota MK 210D at Walmart in Salem Nh. Original sticker was $128.00 sale tag said $70. got to check out and rang up at $49.99.
  11. Love to but boat is sleeping for the winter. Weekend looks like some nice weather.
  12. I have the 3 and find myself getting time laps after owning it for a year. Someone told me it was my fat fingers.....
  13. Good luck and stay dry. Someday I hope to get up there and catch a few lunkers.
  14. I will be on Mendums around 1. Not many days left before they drawdown so I have to get out as much as I can.
  15. Well since i'm from Ma I to am not welcome so I will just be on my way....
  16. Fished today on Mendums and boy was it rough. Only managed 4 fish and one was a pickerel. The three bass were at least decent size. Fish all over the finder chasing bait but couldn't get them to bite anything I threw at them. The ones I did get were on a 3/4 oz blk jig with a 12 power worm. They hit that thing so hard when they do bite!! Wind and cold front I think were my enemy today..
  17. Anybody been on Winni this week? Wondered what this crazy weather may have done to the fishing? Going up tonight to fish tomorrow out of Lees Mills.
  18. Good luck. My brother and I fished last Wed (not on great east) and found no fish on shore or shallow. Most were in 10-12' and steep dropoffs. Granted weather was way different than tomorrows forecast.
  19. Not always, I have tied direct to the spool with a Arbor knot with no problems. The first time I loaded braid i did use a mono backer tied with a double uni knot.
  20. I went to Winni today and fished out of Lees Mills. Fished from 7am to about 11. The lake was like glass and the water temp was 76 degrees. Caught on Senko wacky rigged and the big one was caught on a 1/2 oz jig with a berkley 7" power worm. Caught 7 fish sizes from 4 inches to my biggest of the year a 4lb large mouth. So hard to take pictures by myself.
