  2. Week 6 is in the books! Jrob going on a heater! Seasons about half way over and it's still anybody's league to win. Week 7 matchups!
  3. Eli always has a "who farted" look of confusion on his face. It's beyond me how this mouthbreather has more rings than his brother.
  4. At least 50. Talk abouy being inefficient Fletcher cox....wowzers. What a monster.
  5. I say that....and the eagles offense decides to show up finally. Gruden in the second quarter : "I dont think Murray is a good fit, he just doesnt run north/south" Gruden in the last drive in the third: "Eagles did a great job feeding a great north/south runner in Murray" Solid commentating Gruden...moron.
  6. This is an awful game
  7. Kelce apparently can't count past 3. Matthews....pooped in his big boy points.
  8. Eli...carving up Philly like a boss
  9. Tom, you have a wealth of fishing knowledge. You need to do a hair more research on this matter. There are articles about swim jigs (what you and i described and calling them swim jigs) 10+ years old via google. They have been called swim jigs (specifically "swim jig") for over 30 years in the midwest/north. 30 degree is the popular hook now for them. Prior to them, hooks were altered individually for their mold to get the correct head/hook balance.
  10. I literally quoted your own post where you have alreadydefined what a "skirted swim jig" is ...hence the quotation around your "skirted swim jig".... If that wasn't clear enough, a lead bullet nosed jig head /w a 30 degree (this can vary a degree or 2 based on a few factors) hook, vertical line tie, and skirting material tied below the head/above hook keeper is what is traditionally called, again, a "skirted swim jig." It's often times has a boot tail, craw, or single tail grub. This wasn't popularized by Matt Allen. It was popular and widely used prior to his ability to walk.
  11. The "Skirted Swim Jig" was popularized and heavily used by Mississippi River fisherman before Matt Allen was likely walking.
  12. I have almost all my rod socks and reel covers switched over to "The Rod Glove". For rods 7'3+ I use the 8'5 model. 6'8-7'2 I use 7'5 model. I don't know how they gauge the sizing but for reference, on one of my 7'6 rods, the 8'5 rod sock goes right down to the top of the bait above the hook keeper. Perfect fit.
  13. I use a St. Croix 63MXF (spinning) for vertical jigging walleye in the fall. Love it for that. I've also used it for throwing tiny flukes. Works perfect.
  14. Oh gronk...you so crazy.
  15. Ruh roh....
  16. And....game. At least Indy showed up for 2 quarters
  17. How about them Panthers Tonight's game will be a good one....for 2 quarters.
  18. Beautiful craftsman ship, sir.
  19. They are good reels. Some have grooving issues, some don't. If you experience any Daiwa will take care of you. The bushing on the worm gear doesn't effect the performance on the reel and it would be beyond silly for that to be a deciding factor on purchasing a reel or not. It can make a reel feel slightly smoother on the retrieve but that is all it does. It's a .50-.60 cent upgrade that you can do yourself /w little effort if you really want it. I do it to all my reels over the winter to pass the time. The reel will flat out bomb lures.
  20. Used a spool of 12# and 6#. Not a fan.
  21. The one that says cavitron
  22. I've been using 14# for most of the year for squarebills. It is lower stretch than you would expect from mono. Above average abrasion resistance. line memory is average. Kvd l&l helped. I will buy more.
  23. If you are interested, i have a stock tdz handle (no knobs) that has nut cover i would trade for a 90mm if you would like. Let me know if you want pics and ill get it out of the boat
