kid with a rapala

well i think rooster tails are for trout but dosent mean u wont catch any bass with it i would try a shallow running crankbait i use mostly rapalas and ther reealy good for shallow water and to bring the bass up have u tried any jigs? if u havent i suggest u try

its probly on its bed i like using suspended jerk baits or tubes for bed fishing that proble what i would use and theres alot of stuff on here that helps u with bed fishing someone wrote a asome review i think on bed fishing

i took my little cousin fishing and when i was fishing i looked over and saw him try to snag a bass i told him to not snag it cuz its illigal i dont know if it is or not but just so he wouldent do it. so can someone tell me if it is or not thanks.

im a wrestler so i know all about hard sports but i think fishing is up there with most of all the other hard spirts. think about it how many people do u know that quit fishing cuz they cant catch a fish or its "boring" its only boring cuz they cant catch a fish. fishing takes alot of skill and teqnique as well as phisycal and mental strength(for most types of fishing) so i think fishing is a sport i dont know if it can be in the olympics but it is a sport.

ok my local lake is pretty shallow and has clear water with lots of weeds on the bottom and the water is pretty cold right now so i was wondering if u guys would suggest me using a crank bait and if u do what brand do u recomend me using i am asking because the fish in my local lake are pretty shy and arent really biting right now and i read up that jigs are productive in these type of situations and ive tried them but i cant seem to get any thing so i was wondering if crankbaits will work so can u guys help me out thanks guys.

how fast are bass are they actualy fast enough to catch like a burining buzzbait on one of those 30" per turn reels and stuff cuz i havent really tried buzzbaits and i can reel in really fast and it seems like its too fast.

my grandfather tought me how to fish we fished for catfish all the time i remember catching i think it was my first catfish on a roostertail on my cheap green spin cast reel THE GOOD OLE DAYS
