24! The Unit or CSI

me being new to bait casters this year as well, I've noticed that the more and more I try and try to MAKE it go where I want to.....it doesn't happen. :-/ When I just try and let it flow and happen it seems to work better. Don't force it, relax! Just my 2 cents. Hope it helps. Jon

I did a search for Zink Chromate Primer and all I came up with were spray can's. Is that how you did yours, by can spray paint?

I've got a 14 ft alum. v-hull boat. I'm looking to paint it as soon as the weather gets warmer. I took a trip to Lowes today to see what kind of alum. paint they had. The only paint they had was silver in color. I'm looking to paint it a green similar to a Jon boat or something that won't reflect alot of light back up at me and make it too hot in the Missouri sun. Anyone got any suggestions on where I can get the paint? Thanks in advance. Jon

I'll take some Mon. when I go back to work. I left it in my parking lot at work (On a military base so she's safe). Right now there's too much snow on the ground for me to get it behind my house where I want to keep it. I'm going to wait till the snow starts getting gone and then I'll start the work on it. But yes it's a 57 Richline. The guy before me Hurkulined (sp) the hull because it leaked, say's it water tight now thou! LOL
