  10. thanks everyone for the kind words
  11. Thanks AJ i have been throwing the Redeye Shad almost exclusively over the last few months. At the end of this month I will do a quarterly Fishing Report showing some of the fish caught so far this year in Jacksonville.
  12. Thanks man and you are 1000% right I wish she came on a frog!! Frog bite is starting to turn on slowly but soon enough it will be in full force and I lnow a few spots to stick that frog DD! That will be on the gopro I have been stocking up on batteries for this frog season
  13. Yea tons of lakes and ponds to bank fish. Jacksonville is huge so we have it all. Rodman Resivour and Lake Santa Fe are my two favorite big water lakes
  14. I caught my new PB 11lbs 2oz on Sunday. I was fishing a Strike King Redeye Shad and I casted parallel to the bank about 15-20ft off shore. She slammed my Redeye and my retrieve just stopped thought I was hung up til she took off. I fought her for a long time til she tired out and my buddy grabbed her. Funny I caught a 9lb 5oz on the same lure. Both fish are Florida FWC Trophy Catch certified and are swimming around to be caught again. It has been crazy here in Jacksonville, when I get time I will grab a bunch of pics of my buddies and I fish from 2015 and we are just a 1/4 way through the year. 9lbs 5oz Can't desribe the feeling of catching one of these BUT the better feeling is knowing that they are swimming around to, breed, and hopefully be caught again
  15. Thanks I got her on video and the release scale was bouncing in the 10s from 10.6 to 10.9 but only clear screen shot I got it read 9.5 so I have to go with that because I am submitting her to the Florida Trophy Catch program. I will make a post later pretty cool story how it all happened

  19. Congrats man! I had a hell of a year I need to sit down and upload pics and start a thread. My first fish of 2015 came on New Years Day and she went 5lb 13oz and was only bite of the day
  20. pop'r I dont throw buzzbait much but my buddy does and tears em up. I am a frog guy when it comes to topwater
  21. Nice my buddies and I have been throwing big swim baits and bama rigs when we bank fish here in FL. Great fish
  22. I'm catching all the big bait like this Shad and the Bluegill no wonder why they aren't hitting my lures more often I need to go bigger!
