Aagian read the whole thread and just want you want to read.. You would see several times where i have stated i was not directly involved or for sure employee was drunk.

If you read the whole thread then you would no that i am not sure if he was drunk i am going by what others are saying or was told to me. I mean **** someone could come up to me tell dude is blowing coke up his nose in the bathroom. But its not place to watch out for these things or speculate. These people that were concerned basically didnt want to say anything to the boss so they told me. I feel if they were sure then would went to the boss. If i ws 100% sure then i would of said something but im not. So the best i could do was alert management to the issue now its there responseabilty to make a case or prove it. Not mine. And 100,000 to the company is like a 1.00 to me and you this company makes 18 billion a year profit after it pays all of your wages insurence pension vacation cost to run there facilitys world wide. They dont give a **** about 100,000 dollars the president alone gets 12 million a year in bonuses not including his stock options and BS. They have built there own Private airpoert basicaly for all there upper brass to come in to town. We are talking about a company that is in the top 50 in world. Not your local union contractor..

once again i never said he was for sure still coming in drunk. He appears to me to be but im no to say for sure. And my boss and upper management are rite there as well. every morning we have a meeting he is there in the back just like always. in my opionion they dont feel they have the evidence on him either or it would already be done.

I agree with part of this but no one knows for sure he was drunk its basicaly speculation. I should of worded my first post better. But i nor anyone knows for sure. If anything the union has not let this guy down they have told him to ask for help and if he doesnt they cant do anything for him due to the contract.

IT obvious to me that most of have not read the whole thread. I did my part turned guy in just did it anonomously. The boss is full aware of whats going on. There is no way he couldnt know the whole shop is talking about it.. All that i was saying by updating is the guy still has is job so the company has not found the evidence to take action yet. Trust whenand if they do i will be the first one called to walk him to the door and take his badge. So if your gonnapass judgment atlest read the thread. I am not even sure what time the incedent took place to be honest it was around 10 am i think. It was only around 100,000 dollars damage and the company was more worried keeping the line moving then dealing with it at the time. That has nothen to do with me or the union if i was the boss i would of had said employee go straight to medical take a pee test and breath test. But there again im not the boss so not my call.

Yes limited number of passes and that number was 200 before. I didnt think to ask what it is now. I know from fishing it the last few years that wheni went on the weekend i hardly ever saw anybody on any of the lakes. But befor there was lots of trashy people out there and the lane back in was shizzy as the boat ramps as well. there were a few times i had to another truck pull me and my trailer out of the water cause it was so rutted up i just couldnt get up them. all of this is supposed to be fixed they offered to show the grounds and take me on a tour. The lakes are strip pits they are deep 80ft on average and the water is cristal clear you can see close to 20 ft down in some spots. Last year i sat and watched some pigs on there beds about 10 to 15 ft down. I mean lunkers for around here at least. This is some of the best fishing and i have no doubt that when they sell there allot meant its gonna be tough to get in cause you will have to wait till someone drops out. And with the fish in there and the management there gonna be doing it is gonna be a premiere spot. I have done much debate but i think i am gonna do it so i can have a spot. The fishing is gated and 24/7 plus there is icefishing allowed. And waterfowl hunting in the winter. Which i will need to see what that does for the fishing restrictions if any. the membership cost does not include hunting. Thats more. They are building cabins and allowing campers this place is gonna take off for sure.. Just need to take a look around and se the progress they have made. The other thing for me is this place is 50 minute drive and thats more gas to get there and back. I drive rite by my favorite place to fish on the way. choices choices

Lets not turn this into a debacle over whos got the better jig. I made my choice cause this is the board i frequent. Allot of people have nothing but good things to say about them.. And i am a avid supporter of buying from board sponsers if i can.. Plus the stuff i read about the storm jig and the donations are all for a good cause another reason i made my choice.. If you are a board mod you should fully understand why i made my choice..

It's not more than I can afford.. It's more of the fact I do have great fishing for free if it's during the week. And at 900 that's almost 2 rods and a real. Considering my rigs are around 650.00 a piece.. That's what's eating at me more than anything..

I I thought I would update employee still has a job nothing has been done as of yet.. I don't directly work with this guy so I can't say what he has been like.. But the good thing is he still has a job for now.

Buy Buy a Motor guide.. Problem solved.. Jk.. I had the ipiolt on my boat didn't have any issues with it.. Now I did buy the motor guide xi5 and have been told to make sure it's unplugged when stored cause if not the the gps will draw a low current and will burn the motor up. Probably not your issue but worth looking into. I called motor guide on mine and they told me the same thing make sure it's unplugged after each use and do not hard wire it.. Hope you get it figured out GL..

I totally agree with this statement.. I bought a BN pro team txw and before I even took it home changed the trolling motor to a 24 volt 80lb I also told them to take there battery's and charger out and I brought in to series 31m die hard platinum AGM batteries with a 30 amp 3 bank charger. Yea I did spend 2200.00 on these upgrades but in my opinion I use all of those items more than anything else on the boat they are the back bone.. Now you don't have to buy the top of the line like I did. But read some online reviews on the stuff your considering before you purchase.. Hope this helps you out.. I have a 17.5 ft boat and my setup will push the boat into a strong head wind 2.7 and with the wind I'm over 3.. The batteries can run 2 full 9hr days and still be half full. And I use pinpoint allot I'm changing Bates and to fish structure.. Also my Ol lady is for ever having me tie her shizzy on.. Point is you get what you pay for.. Im sure the way the ol lady snags them and looses them she cost me 20.00 bucks every time we are out and jig fishing need a arrey plus i had my bag stolen and i have 0 jigs and plastics. The ol lady set the bag down and i dint realize it we loaded boat and drove off by the time she realized it we went back band the bag was gone..

Hello i am looking at buying some jigs from siebert outdoors. Budget 125.00 to 150.00 of course less is better so if i am way off the mark let me know. I had my tackle bag stolen from some thugs at the boat ramp that had my jigs and plasticks in it. I want a good assortment of weight and colors. Was thinking the dredge packs brush and football.. Also want some good punching setups. Fishing some clear and murky water with medium to heavy cover. Punching some thick cat tails. my thoughts were 3/8 1/2 3/4 in the brush and football style and for punching i have no clue. Rods used will be dobyns 766c revo rocket dobyns 745dx revo rocket What would you spend your cash on? Thanks

I couldnt agree more with you.. Its not that i dont have great fishing granite it is public and hammered hard on the weekend. But if i take a day of work and go during the week its dead out there.. I have 1200 hundered acres privite tember to hunt there is only 4 of us that hunt it. I also have a spot thats 5 minutes from the front door only 100 acres but it borders heavily hunted public ground. Perfect spot. But i do have trail cams on every stand cause there some major tree stealing idiots out there.. Whole nother subject in its self..

Yes sir.. I have endless land to deer hunt. But yes way cheaper then adeer lease around here.

I agree.. no splitting the cost. And its a extra 100.00 for entire family but that includes tent camping. Lol what a bargain.

I hear ya. I have paid to fish before at this place only and like i said it was only 250.00 and the crappie are as big as the bass. But 900.00 is steep to me thats why i made a post wondering whta others do. I am very lucky to have tons of public fishing around me. But for instance sunday when i went the boats were lined up waiting to fish the same spots and i am tired of the crowds i mean i sht you not there must of been 20 or so boats ln a line working the same banks the pressure is out of this world and i spent 8 hrs on the water and caught all of 0 bass. switched to crappie put structure scan on and drove around till i found some structre and caught some crappie. Just not one bass and i tried everything i had in my bag..
