thanks i founf the part list and went to lowes brought my reel and found all the washers and stuff cost me 38 cents to fix and now i just got home from fishing didnt mess up one time... sweetness!!!!!!

nice man im glad theres people on here that fell my pain living up here.. but sometimes its amazing like this year caught about 20 bass in the range from 6-9 pounds many many 7 and 8s in there soo i guess its getting better or im just fishing alittle better haha.. but i know your area ive been fishing at the roundout resivor a few times with my unlce.. hes from the new paltz area and i live upsate alittle more in the castkills

hey man thanks for posting this i did the same tonight and not have some pretty sweet cork knobs on my bait caster.. im sure its going to help alot with my hand cramping up from the small knobs that were on there before..

thanks for the help.. i started the hole off with a small nail.. then worked up to a bigger screw and reparted going up to the alittle bit small than the size i needed.. then i took a drill bit and got all the cork out.. worked like a champ took a while but it was fun and now i have sweet cork knobs.. soo now to putting some desgins on what can i use im guess a sharpy but im sure it will take a while until i could use it..or im thinking not bc it might run if i get water on which is almost impossible to do

whats the easiest way to cut the cork out of the middle? to fit the grip holders

z man all the way i use 3/8 oz white/chartruse , blue/black.. and the white with sparkles and red eyes on it.. the hook imo are awesome never had a problems them and i never really set the hook that hard its always mix between reel seting with a little normally lift to about 2 oclock rod tip postions.. i would go with z man

ohk thanks for the info.. ive read most of the articles that i could but i was just wondering about the water temp.. soo id figure id save alittle time and ont read all of the article just yet i like to save those for a car ride or when im bored in between classes at college..

yeah i gotta do some research im just thinking how i can spend my money i got saved up in the omst efficent way to get the best real i can get for the oney im spending and get alot of tackle as well i might bump my price range for a rel to 250-300 if i think its a steal of a reel in that price range

i was wondering what is the temp for the water thats considered "winter" time

thanks for the info.. i dont want to dispose of i woul dlike ot fix if i can fix it for 10 bucks is better then throwing it out and being one rod down.. i took it apoart like 90 times its been workring very well and i have no problems with it until now.i think im missiing a few washers to keep the star wheel from turning when i reel.. so i know it obvious that i need these washers or its not going to work but..... for somereason they werent there when i took them off to clean it i put it back together but onw its messing up... im thinking about get a revo sx.. what a good reel in the revo series for around 150-200..is there any other reel thats better if im spending this kinda of money?

^^^^ thanks i completly forgot about doing that ive been so caught up with jigs chatters and soft plasicts! my water temp is around 50 is that to cold to run a crank i mean i try it but i dont think those lunkers will be chasing like there were a month ago

what mold did you use for the 1st 3rd and 4th. i keep fnd the football heads molds but i would like to get these ones you used..

IM going out fishing tomorrow in the am and i really need this reel to working again.. For some reason when i turn my reel the star wheel loosens up and i cant real in my line i then have to tighten it back up then real like 3 turns then it happens again.. plz help me!!!!!!!!!!

yeah ive been trying to but its all booked up.. ive been fishing for years with my uncle but now that hes moved away im looking to enter tournaments agian..

So ive been thinking for the last 4 months ive been fishing by my self..ive tried going to local bass shops and asking about there clubs but there full and the only way i can join is to get a bass boat because there fish on the hudson River In New york.. Is there anyhting i can do to find a fishing partner or to get into a group where i can fish with? I really want to start fishing with a partner or a group any advice?

im thinking of that old repala lure i had it in blue and white joiinted pretty small but i dont think that helps any ha

yesterday i spook a bass on the shore at this big farm pond the v's it made in the water were huge!!!!! i caught an 8 pounder the other day swiming a chatter bait close to the shore of this cove

yeah i skip the 2 i can skip under the others sit on the water on top of barrells.. so i cant skip them

always tae my stuff out in the summer late agust to about may or june i keep it in my house or i dont bring unless ik im going fishing

i got 5 bait casters and 5 2 piece spining rods..in the trunk of my car along with a kvd tackle bag filled with soft plastics about 200 hundred bags and 6 planos filled.. i used this if i go to a big lake where i can pull my car down by the lake and fish.i use my car like my boat and if im gong pond fishing. i have 2 planos for spinners cranks and rat L traps then i have another for top water and with a few frogs. and one slim plano its old but does the job for my jigs/ chatter bait. then ill grab about 5 or 6 bags of plastics. 2 rods and im set.. all together my bag wieght is about 5 pounds and of course i have rod socks.
