I have been using the white/chartruse chatterbait and smashing the bass with this color.. I just picked up the White orignal chatter bait with a silver head and the big red eyes on the side of the head.. What do you guy think of this bait and whats your trailer you like to use.. also ive been rip stoppping in and working it like a jig.. I heard you can swim it like a spinner.. any thoughts?

x100 those three shows are almost as good a fishing.. and i have to throw breaking bad in the mix bc i love that show as well

Idk ive was having trouble with that too but i started throwing baby bush hogs green pumpkin awesome right now

yeah im going to try thowing them again at this pond and if i get nothing ill save them for a spot ive never fished before.. Do to the fact im not catching any fish on them here. so ill stay with my brush hogs, lizards and my worms that always produce for me..

Ive been jigg fishing alot during the days but now to some much at night.. ive caught so many hawgs this year on jigs and chatter baits during the day but not at night should i try fishing them slower? And ive tried the texas rig at night but with black and purple worms.. i need ot pick up some black worms for sure.. and idk i think it might be time for me to switch to hair it because its beeen pretty cold i dont have any elctronics im a shore fishermen mostly.. but i do need to get some for my john boat.. Ive got black and blue jigs.. and a black and blue chatter bait which hasnt produced for me at night yet ..

cuaght some many bass 5+ on 5" Yum dinger Green with black flake on top white on the bottom.. Rigged wacky.. Works amazing and love style of fishing.. biggest bass 8 alittle under 8 and a half

Mcs thats what im thinking ill try them again some where else.. bc right now Zoom is in style for me

I mostly fish soft plactics i fished the culpirts like using any other worms ill give them another try im sure the brand of worm Culprit makes works awsome like the other but i just have the wrong color for this pond or time of year.. green pumpkin green/ yellow aand gulp green with red flack has been killing it.

trying to get some help going out for tomorrow night.. My grandpa is coming up for his Bday he loves the cold weather so im going to take him out bassing on my john boat.. I got some 8.5 inch tequlia sun rise colored worms saw tailer. and i picked up some more black and blue chatter baits with craw fattys.. some buzz baits hula ect pretty much have much of the top water cover.. any tips for snagging the lunkers at night?

Soo im in upstae ny and ive been struggling finding the bigger fish in this private pond i go to turnoveris done now... should i be looking for these fish in the deeper part of pond>? its about a 3 acre pond.. about 3' vis.. the pond has alot of vegitions such at cattails in the water should i be looking for the bass deep in the cattails or i am watching my time.. ive treid buring a spinner on some flats.. im having trouble finding a pattern any tips? thanks chas

Im sure they work there a great looking worm imo but its just not working like the water melon seed which is what ive been throwing for about a week now

yeah i was just wondered what type of whatever ive had alot of nibble going on.... i threw it for about half an hour this am 2 bites fishing it wieghtless and 1/4 toughnston.. switched to a weitghless 10 inch zoom worm no tail.. let it fall poped it once and nailed a 4 pounder!! what the h e double hockey sticks

I picked up these !0 inch culprit saw tailed worms .. In chili pepper.. havnt had much luck what type of water do you guys like throwing them in if you ever fished them.

Just use baits that are slow moving like a big jig or chatterbaitsfind structure or cover like a stump or log there might be some dinks around it soo i normally just get up under the log real deep to try and by pass those small fish on the surronding area... that what i try to do

its some type of state park or something ill look into if you want me to

I looked for some nice ponds down there i went to on lake / pond near holbrook. only fished from 2 spots onshore..was decent fishing

went out today using a white charturse gold balded chatter bait trailer with a cream/ silver flaked tube.. laned a 6 ppound hog.. also tons of hits on my 10 inch culprit saw tailed worms in chili peper. then switched to a wacky style senko half green half white.. thanks for the tips fellas

Ive used rat-L traps as well.. i was thinking a big spoon.. or get a nice fat jig and putting some real bait on there

So ive been doing some fishing this past weeks and for me the wacky style rig for my worms have been great and also the spinner bait bite has been awsome.. But im up in here in upstate ny and the water in the big lake by sleepy hollow is at 57 degrees. i fish alot of ponds and such more than i fish at the lake. Im having trouble right now getting those big boys to play with my lure.. i just picked up some more tubes which ill try tomorrow but ive noticed with my worms on the 3rd or 4 th fall / flutter i get a hit which is making me think these bass are suspened off the banks a 6-10 feet of water.. crank baits havnt been working spinner bait bite is on and off. Im really trying to key on a big bass to keep me at ease for the rest of the fall.. i was thinking an umbrella rig . big swimbait.. also jerk bait ive tried too. theres so many article on here about turnovers and where fish/ how to fish. them im catching plenty of bass im not complaining by any means. just a little insight for big bass. hanks Chas.
