Of course, what you said is right.. I think I was talking to raider about high intensity cardio cutting fat down before a body building show.. a lot of guys don't eat a lot before.. so they have to watch how Much cardio they do or it will just burn muscle which there trying to show off.

heck yes they freeze over! last year I was so pumped to go out.. I forgot there was ice on one of the ponds I go to.. So there I was.......... hurled my jig out and all I hear was crack!! I lost my jig. the ice cut my line
