  1. I have the 580g blue mirror lenses and they work just fine. You will be able to see well in shallow or deep water. With that said Ive never tried the green ones and therefore can't give a comparison
  2. 10 pound power pro for me. Casts a mile
  3. The Abu Garcia Orra S30 is a great reel. It's silver and red but looks great on black rods. It comes in at 69.99 brand new and is worth more than that imo
  4. x2 for trying the 10 pound power pro. It's amazing you can cast farther and don't have to worry about memory.
  5. Move to Florida and say goodbye to the "off season"
  6. Abu Garcia Orra S30 is my favorite
  7. I just got the Abu Garcia Orra S30. For 70 bucks you really can't go wrong. Smooth as butter and really well built reel.
  8. I have a older black rod(7'MHF casting) and also a newer white one(6'8MXF spinning). I can tell you that the new white ones are just as light and a tad bit more sensitive But not anything significant. I really like both of these rods and at the new 69.99 price point the black ones are a steal. The white one is a great rod and well worth the 99.99 price point as well.
  9. Fluke then senko. Two really versatile and proven baits for me.
  10. I got a Abu Garcia Orra s30 spinning reel and used a warranty to replace an old carbonlite for the new white one(awesome rod by the way). I've caught about 20 fish on the combo and I'm loving it
  11. Carbonlite for sure. I have one of the newer white one and it's an awesome rod. I also had one of the older model black ones and it was an awesome rod as well, it is a steal at the $70 price point
  12. I use a 6'8" MXF BPS JM Carbonlite(white one) spinning rod with a Abu Garcia Orra S30 with 10lb power pro to a 10lb mono leader. Throws senkos like a dream and is super sensitive on those really light bites.
  13. Awesome looking lures!
  14. When I can't fish I watch YouTube videos or read through BR forums and articles.
  15. I would fish at a pond in my neighborhood. Rod: 6'8" MXF BPS Johhny Morris Carbonlite Spinning Reel: Abu Garcia Orra S30 w/10lb power pro To 10lb mono leader Lures: Zoom Super fluke in Pearl White Zoom Trick worm in Motor Oil Culprit 7.5 in worm in red shad KVD 1.5 in Sexy Shad KVD Pro Jig in watermelon seed w/net bait paca chunk in table rock red
  16. Just picked up the Abu Garcia Orra S30. Really great reel. Super smooth and nice construction.Worth a lot more than the 69.99 they charge for it. Spooled with #10 power pro it casts like a dream. I have that on a 6'8" MXF BPS johnny Morris carbonlite rod the new white one and its a really great combo. Rod is super light and sensitive and has a great backbone for hook sets. Will only cost around 170 for the set up
  17. Any good quality reel with the right set up will cast as far as you need it to and more. I think you'd be happy with either reel
  18. Really cool stuff man. Seems to me like over the years and as the data becomes more precise it will be really helpful for you to look back and see what they were biting on. This will definitely help you catch more fish in the future
  19. Bounce a t-rigged a tricked worm off the bottom. Fish around cover and work it slowly.
  20. I always have my backpack when bank fishing. Keeps all of the tackle and tools you need and its small and very portable
  21. I had no trouble getting my reel grips on that same reel
  22. Thanks guys ill be sure to check them out.
  23. Solid advice thanks Darren!
  24. Hello everyone, I was looking to buy some Costa Del Mar sunglasses and I like the prices I'm seeing on Ebay. However, I am a bit hesitant to give somebody that amount of money for a product that I'm not entirely sure are real. If any of you have purchased these on Ebay could you tell me who you bought them from or give some advice about buying on Ebay that would be great. Thanks for your time Tyler
