Daiwa at BPS
I thought this post was just a "gotcha" thing, but I went and checked myself. This is very interesting.

Right now this song is stuck in my head and I am in no way upset with this.

Best Patterns for Warming Period?
At this point I would have to say the swing impact, but only because I have been using them for a lot longer. I just started using the easy shiner very recently, but so far they have been doing VERY well for me. I bought a pack of the easy shiners because my local tackle shop didn't have the swing impact FAT's in the color Sight Flash. I am happy I did.

Do you use different rod brands and why?
I am in no way brand loyal, and try to buy based off of specific needs. I have rods from Duckett, Loomis, St. Croix, Daiwa, Shimano, BPS, and Major Craft.

Reel for flipping/pitching rod
A good drag you can "lockdown" and a high gear ratio. That's what I look for.

Anyone used BPS for reel cleaning?
I found this on Google for you. I literally no nothing about them, and would still send my reels to them before going to BPS. Just saying. http://www.bishopfishingsupply.net/page3.html

Daiwa Alphas Sv Or Megabass Fx68
So, have you had a chance to play around with the FX68? Would love to hear an update as I may be close to pulling the trigger on one soon.

What is your setup for swimjigs and bladed jigs?
I use a 7'3" MH/F Duckett Micro Magic rod with a reel in the 6.X:1 ration. For my line I prefer to use Yo-Zuri hybrid 10#. I like this setup because I can make a good cast pinpoint cast with the rod since the tips a little softer than the rest of my MH/F rods. I like the Yo-Zuri for this because I seem to get just the right amount of stretch in the line so the lure isn't ripped out of the fishes mouth. The Yo-Zuri also has a breaking strength much higher than listed at 10#. I think I read someplace that it breaks closer to 16#. I also have a 6'10" Crucial MH/F that I use for spinnerbaits, and will sometimes put a chatterbait on that, too. I will do this to try and refine my presentation - for instance to see if an all white, or white with chartreuse is getting a better bite. Once I settle on the color I will put that color on the Duckett, and fish that.

E6X Reviews
I really do love the rod. I've caught a few 3 and 4 pound bronzebacks, and was able to control them very well. I am looking forward to seeing how it will handle a 5+ pounder when I can locate one. LOL!

25 Days of Christmas Deals || What's Your Favorite Day?
I stocked up on Trokar flipping hooks & their dropshot hooks, Seaguar Smackdown 50# braid in the yellow, and some of the Yo-Zuri 3DB shads and jerkbaits. Overall, I think it was an average selection compared to years past.

Reel Magic line conditioner bunch of questions
I wouldn't throw away that Reel Magic as there are many other good uses for it that don't involve fishing line. I for one spray some of it a towel and clean the screens of my TV's and laptops. It's supposed to help eliminate static and therefore the amount of dust that collects on the screen. I can 100% say that my screens are in fact less dusty. Now in regards to its application to fishing line.....I agree with everyone else that you really need to get the KVD L&L product.

E6X Reviews
Wow! So I am on the opposite side of things. I took my reel in with me to the tackle shop and put it on the e6x and zodias. I walked out with the e6x with little hesitation. I'm in no way saying that the zodias is a bad rod and that you should not buy it, but I was specifically looking for a dropshot rod to use on Lake Erie and the e6x had the exact action I needed - 6'10" mag medium. The cork grip on the e6x I have was much better than the plasticity feel on the zodias in my hands, and with the amount of times I find myself in the rain I also felt that grip would be slightly better. Something about plastic and fish slime that made me feel like the odds of it slipping out of my hands and resting on the bottom of the lake were higher. Now cosmetically the zodias would have been a no brainer since the color scheme matches the colors of the Daiwa Fuego spinning reel I have, but this is a case were I had a very specific need and decided to let function win out over fashion. So far I've been as happy as can be with my selection. Good luck and tight lines!

I'm looking for a finnesse and light lure throwing baitcaster
It is not recommended to use braid on the spool for the SS AIR.

Best Patterns for Warming Period?
Try a 4 or 5 inch Keitech easy shiner, or their Fat impact swimbait.

This is what I am saving up for, and it would fit exactly what you are wanting to do. http://japantackle.com/casting-reels/daiwa/low-profile-casting-reels/daiwa-ss-air.html

Star Wars **spolier, don't enter
I think the reason they killed Han has a lot more to do with the fact that Harrison Ford is 70+ years old, and he argued with George Lucas to kill off the character in The Empire Strikes Back. This is why the character was frozen in carbonite. Nobody knew for sure if Harrison Ford would come back to play the part. I really think he agreed to do this new movie for the specific reason of finally giving the character of Han Solo a proper send off.

Fd's 7Th Anual Fishmas Exchange Thread
I'm glad you like them! I hope you catch many fish next season!

You HAVE to catch this bass. What lure do you throw?
Black trick worm t-rigged with a 1/8oz tungsten weight.
-
BUZZBAITS
White skirt gold blades. For another great presentation remove the skirt and add a small paddle tail swimbait or fluke.

Star Wars **spolier, don't enter
The theory that interested me just recently is the "Rey is Obi-Wan's granddaughter".

Project T 2016 EPISODE 3 "ZILLION SV TW DEBUT!"
I really with Daiwa would stop with the TWS, too. I tried to give the Tatula a place in my rotation, and of all of my Daiwa reels it is my least favorite. I don't see the benefit of adding it to other reels like the Zillion. It took the very platform that made me fall in love with Dawia, and really messed it up IMHO. They should just call this the new Tatula, or some variation of it. Then just call the new SV103 the Zillion. All would be right with the world. I can see the arguments made that the TWS is good for pitching/flipping and other short range tactics, but for that I would suggest the T3 over the Tatula. They just fit weird in my hand compared to other Daiwas, and don't offer the performance benefits like rippin-lips stated.

drop me a line [or throw me a bone]
Yo-zuri hybrid and Izorline are two very good copolymer lines. For a monofilament nylon line I like to use Sunline Supernatural monofilament.

I'm late to the Keitech party -- can someone catch me up?
Oh, and try their Easy Shiner.
