This is my second time only using fluro carbon and i bought some if tht stuff today...i was suprised how thin it was...

Tht bow u mentioned is my back up bow(westhunts )...Right now Im shooting my Mission Ballistic...and it shoots faster than its IBO rating. I like my back up though especially for the long range shots.

Adds bouyancy to the lure. I like a jig spinnerbait and a rattletrap

This is all i do in the off season if Im not fishing tourney's. I throw everything I would throw in the boat...maybe downsized. Rattletraps/spinnerbaits/a-rig/jigs/senkos/10" worms/12"worms/cranks/fluke etc. The only difference I notice is Im not in a boat

Ive read all that I can find. To me just reading an article isnt enough. Therefore Im asking your opinion. Mostly what im doing with this is throwing jigs/spinnerbaits/rattletraps/cranks/minnow looking baits/jerkbaits. Maybe some plastics. If you can help Ill sure appreciate it. PS: to those tht said go buy the Costas. I did in 580G Green Mirror, love them.

How do you become good at line watching??? I dont watch the line I usually feel everything....but the most versatile fisherman is the one who can do multiple things. I would like to learn how, and I guess its easier if its not so windy...

Yea Im lookin at this too..and its weird.. Ive got a 6 foot rod and its heavy action rated for throwing 3/4oz-3oz baits...I use for my A-Rig...but I keep getting told I need to use a longer rod. SHould I???

Lews are pretty realible..I have one of their rods and reels..great combo...great for the money too

Ehhh...never payed attention to my drag...dont have a clue...but when im fishing 10lbs test and on a fiberglass rod...my Winch is set at 25% or 30% depends on the fish..and the lure, how far is the lure out...but mostly 20%-25%

Id get the H20 Ethos...thts a nice rod for under 100 bucks...Upgrade a rod first over reel...if the reels can manage it.

I only use fast gear ratios...i do have an abu garcia winch though for deep deep diving cranks

I am fishing from the bank...but i would lose my lures when i would tie on a new one and then cast....or id just tie one on and get a swallow by a fish and id lose the lure and the fish

when you mean save on cash...like not putting all tht line on tht particular reel???

IVe uesed them..so has my family when going snow bording...or riding snowmobiles...fishing id think the would work so well...use to use Carhartt...now I use Columbia...more bang for my bucks

i didnt even know u were suppose to back FC...are you??? I know braid your suppose to...and it makes since why you would in fluro carbon...but never have...I'll give it a try sometime
