Could someone tell me what size and brand of hook is on the 3/16 ounce head?

Thanks I will see if I can get my hands on one. My local tackle store has them but I'd like to fish one to get a feel for it. I will probably just get one to try it since several of the tournamnets I fish have the cashion cash bouns.

Sweet boat man. I like the trim at the transom but its really more of a luxury so I wouldn't pay too much $ for it.

Don't forget to take it on a test run and check trolling motor, electronics, live well, etc.

I would meet him at a reputable boat shop of your choice and have them check it out for you. You will probably have to pay for it and if he has a problem taking it to a reputable shop, don't buy it. The money spent will probably be worth it the long run, especially if the boat is several years old.

I was wondering how good the smaller sizes would stand up because the head size would have to be pretty small?

Well you know what I mean when I say custom and that was his company's full name(not sure about now). I just wanted people's opinion who have fished with them before who were not sponsered by them. I was reading reviews on TW and many people said that the actions are heavier than what cashion rates them because of the really stiff tip?

Could anyone give me some information about any of the cashion custom rods. Most people I talked to that have fished them either love them or hate them. I have felt them in my local store and they just don't quite feel like a $200 rod IMO. I just would like everyone opinion and also I've heard the guides pop out a lot on them?

Bass pro doesn't have near the selection or the prices on any online store or local tackle shops around here. I was also disappointed the catalogue didn't have rod specs.

I wouldn't take it if he delivered it. You can buy a newer ready to fish boat for what you will end up having in this boat.

Anyone used one of these new rods yet?

My motor also hit a stump (I think) while I was on the trolling motor which may be we're the scratches came from. It made a loud thump and the back end lifted up some and it stopped the boat for a second and felt like it busted threw what ever it was. Not a good day on a shallow lake with dirty water!

I was coming of plane yesterday and my evinrude etec dug into the ground which I think was made of hard clay. It scratched the bottom and sides a couple inches up on my lower unit and there's a few small nicks in my SS prop. Should I be worried about anything or I'm I just being paranoid?

How do y'all put the rage chunks on the jig? Do you thread them on the hook or hook it through the center like a regular pork chunks?

I almost went with another powell rod because I really like my powell casting rod, I see you must like them too.

I'm just worried because I've never had a med/light before. The specs on the rod are the same as most other companies medium action. I'm sure I will like it though and thanks for your help.

Well I just ordered a 702 dobyns champion and I'm a little worried it won't have enough power for 1/4 ounce heads and nice fish but I will just have to wait and see.

I don't like that savvy at all, like a pervious poster said it feels absolutly dead as far as sensitivty goes. I have a powell max and love it, never used an endurance but I think it just a max with a different paint job and different sizes/actions.

I have an avid and it's great. The only other rod I have in that range is the savvy series and I don't like it.

I have used them before and there not bad for the price. I probably wouldn't buy them again but just because I don't really care for the design of them.

Has anyone tried the new sunline sx1 finesse braid? I'm looking to get some for my spinning reels.

I thought about doing this but I've never tried it before so I don't want to screw anything up. I'm just going to take it back to bps in a couple days because its not to far away.
