So I would not use senkos and worms with a baitcaster? More like buzzbaits and spinners? At this time I do not have a brand preference. I have a penn fierce graphite rod reel combo. And 2 BPS spinning rods. I have been fishing for about year.

So I got $100 in BPS gift cards and my bday is next week so I'll be getting some more gift cards probably another $100. So my question is should I toss all of that into a baitcaster rod and reel, go for something more modest price wise? I mostly use senkos and flukes. All I have is spinning gear. Thanks Michael

I have fished Markham Park and have caught fish there. But it is snagville in some of the lakes

I have started to go fishing during my lunch break. Found a spot close to my work. At least 20mins is better than nothing, even if I get skunked. Lol I hope to improve my casting at a minimum.

I am in South Florida any suggestions how to start fishing in the canals? Where do you start throwing your lure? Are there any tell tale signs in the water as where to target?

Get a design patent to protect yourself otherwise you could loose your design to someone else. I know I would not be terribly happy if my design ended up on the shelves and I was not getting a cut. Get your prototype ready make people sign NDAs before you show them anything and its probably not something you can do something yourself without a lawyer.

Always t-rig and weightless with an 3/0 XPS EWG Magna lock hook. Lately they have really liked it being rigged "backwards"

I am seeing all these sales on the umbrellas. I believe they are not catching on. Seems odd to see all these different brands of umbrellas going with such discounts.
