  1. They may not make very many 3's, but I guarantee there will be plenty of them shot. Lol
  2. I have my opinion, you have yours. I think it was a cowardly move to go to a team who you had on the ropes in the Western conference finals but couldn't get the job done. Just my opinion. As I stated before, I didn't think he would stay, but as a competitor I do not understand what he is thinking. I would want to be known as the player who the team was built around and the player who brought a championship to that team. But I guess it's easier this way. He's going to win a title but he will never be perceived as a leader, simply a follower who took the easy road. Once again, just my opionion.
  3. Ok, so he is not a competitor. He's not a Kobe. He's not a leader, not a winner. An example of "everyone gets a trophy" generation. He's been told how great he was since he could dribble a basketball, so to validate that he is going to join a team where he is almost guaranteed to win a championship. Weak in my opinion. I guess being a competitor and wanting to beat the best is different in athletics than it is wanting to join the best in sales.
  4. So you made my point for me. Jordan was a great competitor who knew he could make his team great. KD realizes he can't so he has to join a great team. Weak!!!!!
  5. So Jordan should have left the Bulls to join the Pistons after the 1990 season? I mean he couldn't beat them......No, he stayed and started his own dynasty. That's because he had a desire to be great. KD doesn't want the pressure of trying to lead a team to a championship. Much easier to ride the coattails of others to get one.
  6. Bye Felicia!!!! They say "to be the best, you have to beat the best" I guess in this case it's "to be the best, you have to be with the best" It really sickens me to think someone who is supposedly this super competitor would make such a punk move. The most cowardly move made in sports history. I honestly didn't think he would stay in OKC, but this move is a disgrace. It's one thing to jump on a bandwagon as a fan, but when you hop on it as a player, you are the biggest tool in the world.
  7. Companies like that are amazing and I appreciate when the ones with good CS are recognized. I've dealt with some in the hunting industry like elite archery, vortex optics, ruger and bushnell who have all been great. Crazy thing is these products cost a hundred to a few hundred dollars and they break their back to keep their customers happy but it seems like spending thousands of dollars on a new vehicle just doesn't mean as much when it comes time for warranty work and the customer has to jump through hoops to get the problem resolved.
  8. But they aren't assault rifles until the media calls them so. Any LEO on TV will refer to them as a long gun. Ever heard a reporter say he was stabbed with an "assault knife"? No, because it doesn't serve an agenda.
  9. Any weapon used to "assault" someone could be called an assault weapon. A bat, knife, BB gun etc. Please educate yourself before making ridiculous comments. I have a couple "assault rifles" and they have never assaulted anyone. People do the assaulting, not the weapon.
  10. Both are great. I think Metallica has a little bit more variety that would set them apart. They are both behind Pantera though
  11. Exactly, so would you twerk when handing your child their diploma? One of the biggest days of their life so far.....
  12. Don't do it. I cannot stand when someone takes a moment that is meant for someone else and tries to make it more about them (not saying you are intentionally doing that, but if I were just in the audience that's how I would see it). I also teach in a middle school and the kids tried every day up until the last day of school to get me to dab. I never did it. I guess I don't feel the need to try to get a bunch of 12-14 year old kids to think I'm cool. I think it looks stupid so I don't see why I should be talked into doing it.
  13. Awesome. That's a Sooner fish, you expected it to be better than it was and in the end it didn't live up to expectations. Welcome to my world
  14. Holy (words I cannot say)!!!! I have a 10 year old son and couldn't imagine going through something like this. Thinking of you and you family in what must be a very difficult time.
  15. This was our first day of summer break and I decided to take my girls (step girls actually...ages 5,6,7) out to do some fishing. We just went to a farm pond that I thought we could catch some perch and small bass from. After letting them fish for a while they got bored and I decided to try to catch a couple. Tied on a small spinner bait to try and catch a crappie or two and hooked up with a good one after about 5 min. I know catching a big bass out of a pond isn't much of an accomplishment but catching a good fish is still fun. The girls thought it was a GIANT lol.
  16. Loving this one
  17. A little update here. Added a S&W m&p 15-22 to the mix. Threw on a Bushnell AR22 scope a magpul AFG and ordered a magpul MOE adjustable stock. Also bought a suppressor in January and mailed my tax stamp info in at the same time. Waiting on that and the fun will really begin.
  18. Be careful, you may not be able to work if your arm gets too sore from patting yourself on the back
  19. Good luck. No amount of money is worth me not seeing my boy for 6 weeks. He is my everything and I just couldn't imagine it. The 5 days he spends at his Mom's is enough to drive me crazy.
  20. Yes sir. I've caught a bunch of bigger fish on soft plastics and moving baits, but to see this fish blow that pop max up was an immediate heart pounding experience. I was a nervous wreck till she was in the net.
  21. Sorry about that. The original pic is sideways when I try to post it. The pic that I edited and played with the color is the only one that would post correct.
  22. Thanks guys, sorry forgot to add 5.02
  23. Caught this girl today on a pop max in 4 fow. Wind 15-25 mph, 60 degrees, 63 degree water temp, overcast
  24. Why would you not want your kids to see your guns? Proper gun safety and education is key when having guns in the house with children. Take a watermelon or cantaloupe out and shoot it with a shotgun and show them how dangerous guns are and explain to them that they are to NEVER touch them without you being present. My son is now 10 and has been around guns his entire life (his go is an LEO) and he will never touch one until I tell him it's time to shoot.
  25. To think, this is an actual "problem" for someone. Life is really going to hit you hard.
