  2. How was my post about South Carolina mooching off the SEC off topic? He was the one who brought up how much money the SEC brought in. Just curious.
  3. I never once said OU had won more BCS NC than LSU. I was simply showing you how stupid your post was. No one cares who you play if you don't win the NC. BTW, I didn't come to this thread to brag on OU. Not a whole lot to brag about. I do think I have proved my point that most SEC fans don't have a clue. I hope Bama just keeps beating up on you guys. You can take your SEC welfare and keep chanting SEC, SEC, SEC, like a bunch of dorks.
  4. BTW, since you asked....Here is OU 2010 = NO BCS Championship 2011 = NO BCS Championship 2012 = NO BCS Championship 2013 = Probably another year without one The results look pretty similar to LSU's
  5. 2010 = NO BCS Championship 2011 = NO BCS Championship 2012 = NO BCS Championship 2013 = Probably another year without one Congratulations on playing some tough teams. In the end you won as many NC's during that span as University of Texas El Paso at San Antonio by the River Walk State. But hey, Auburn won one and Bama won the other two. So I guess that means you were apart of it. Just think, when Bama wins another one this year, you will be able to celebrate again.
  6. Big 12 was 262 million or 26.2 mil per school.
  7. Not at all. Just stating the obvious.
  8. Oh, no wonder you cheer for the conference. The only chance you have to be apart of a NC.
  9. Yep, OU got caught up in the trend of trying to out score opponents when they should have known better. High power offenses might win 10 games a year, but good solid defense is what will win a NC. The 2000 OU team was the best defense OU had seen since the 80's. However, after that year with the likes of TT, OSU, Baylor, even Texas to some degree going to more spread style offenses OU went to a so-called "faster" style defense to help stop these type offenses. That's all well and good in league play, but it's been proven time and time again that in the NC you better be able to run the ball and stop the run if you want to win.
  10. Do you actually have a favorite team, or do you just cheer for the SEC?
  11. I don't know if your reading comprehension is lacking or what. I did say that the SEC has dominated for the past 10-12 years. I have no problem admitting that. I just don't know why you would root for a conference when those teams are potentially taking recruits from your team. But, like I said. SEC fans don't really seem like the brightest group of people around.
  12. Sorry, I'm an OU fan. If they win great, if they don't, no big deal. It really doesn't affect my life either way. I bet you guys have a heck of a time figuring out what to do when two SEC teams are playing each other. I read my post again, you SEC fans act like a bunch of third graders because you don't even realize how big of D-Bags most of the rest of the country think you guys are.
  13. Sounds like you may have been a bit underspined before the switch to 85 gr heads. A couple inches off the shaft could have basically did the same thing and you wouldn't have to sacrifice any FOC. A 100 gr head will make a spine weaker, especially on a 30" shaft. Either way, glad you are shooting good.
  14. That's not a bow, that's a cross bow. Big difference.
  15. I'm right there with you. Our dove season opens the 1st day of Sept. We always have a big opening day dove hunt/cook out afterward. One of my favorite days of the year. I LOVE deer hunting, but I love to hunt dove/ducks/pheasant with groups of people.
  16. While maybe not my favorite, I couldn't help but think about this thread today in the truck when One came on. Kirk Hammett has to be up there on my list. Slash was a great guitarist, but I can't stand Axl Rose's whiney voice.
  17. I'm not sure what your profession is, but you may should consider the world of competition shooting. From the sounds of it, you may be a world champion.
  18. He looks like a real dork. He could probably start for GT in football. They do have a team right?
  19. I'm a HUGE OU fan! However, the SEC has been the dominant league for the last decade or so, I can admit that. That being said, the SEC, SEC, SEC chant that the fans do, is the most ****** nozzle thing that I can possibly think of. I wouldn't cheer for UT or OSU unless they were playing the Taliban. Why? Because that takes recruits away from OU when another team in the region is successful, and I don't want that. However, most SEC fans aren't that bright. Go ahead LSU, Auburn, Arkansas, Florida fans etc....keep chanting SEC, SEC, SEC, and keep getting your a**es handed to you by Alabama year after year. Nice third grade way of thinking.
  20. We definitely live in a society where many people value the life of a dog much more so than their fellow man. Not saying that's a bad thing, just saying..........................
  21. Sorry about the link, I can't get it to embed.
  22. This is the song from the Chevy commercial. I hope to be someone known as "strong" as the song says. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HItiJYwAPGQ
  23. I had a Kimber Ultra Carry II in .45 and it was too bulky. I now carry a Ruger LC9. If I ever need to use my side arm, I am plenty confident in the 9mm.
