a black hills meet sounds good to me, i dont have a boat but hope to have one later this year... i also picked up a flyer at the cabin creek show for a open tournament at i think four locks that the Big pool bassmasters is putting on ... ill have to find the flyer..

have you checked out big pool or blairs valley lake? there a a bunch of decent spots around here....

also the show in harrisburg is cancelled...

ive been trying to learn myself, i did grow up fishing but never really fished for bass.. ive been learning alot, but need to get more experience... looks like your holding a decent bass in your pic... where have you fished around here.. im from hagerstown too

heck with all the vendors droping out from the promoters banning assault style rifles i may not go now

i havent been up in several years, so i have no clue ... hopefully there is a decent amount of fishing stuff up there ... the guys at bust em baits said they are also doing a show in sykesville here soon..

i made it over this morning, picked up some plastics for a decent price, got a bag of 25 salted tubes for $3.. and picked up some new stuff from Bust em baits, the guys that own it are pretty cool, also checked out another local plastics company River Rock custom baits.., picked up some 12" spiral tail worms to try.. ill take some pics later to show you guys... the show wasnt to big, a few vendors pretty much had junk.. I cant wait for harrisburg in 2 weeks.. i wanna pick up some jigs and spinnerbaits

hey guys theres a big fishing flea market this weekend in hagerstown at the washington county ag center.. its being put on by the cabin creek bassmaster club... this is the 10th year for it.. so apparently its been pretty successful , it the 18-20th

that address i posted was for indian springs.. if you use the satellite view and zoom in alittle you can see a pond right near the arrow for that address.. big pool is a different one, its much bigger than indian springs

hey dont tell him about the other pond up there..lol thats one of my fav little spots to go to ... the beaver pond does have some NICE bass in there..

yea i just spooled up my new reels, im prob gonna go get my license thurs and try some plastic worms a few places.. i wanna get down and try black hills sometime

Indian Springs Campground 10809 Big Pool Road Big Pool, MD 21711 look that up on google maps, use a satellite view and zoom in .. you can see the pond.. i believe thats the one they were referring too.. I dunno if you can just go in and fish there or not.. i use to have a friend that use to live out there in one of the houses in front of the pond on 40, i know he caught a few nice bass in there... there are also some HUGE snapping turtles back there too so watch out if you go lol

im not sure , ive never fished that pond...

blairs valley is near clearspring, its worth a boat i'd say.. alot of nice fish in there.. its electric motor only though... have you fished big pool? thats a nice boat spot

ive never fished indian springs, ive heard theres some nice ones in there.. ive only been to blairs valley a few times, i really need to get a boat to get into more area's at these places.. lol

what type of knot do you use for your floroclear? ive read of people having issues with knots breaking.. ive always used a improved cinch knot, i emailed P-line and they suggested a Palamar knot

ive heard there are some good spots up around cumberland.. havent been up there in years
