Bait Coffin = Awesome Terminal Tackle Box
Spent some time yesterday organizing all my terminal tackle in a 3700 size bait coffin box i got last week. i used the label maker and went to town on some organization. this box is pretty awesome. all the dividers were pre-cut and already in place. the slots are just the right size to keep everything in there yet separated. only 2 cons really. it's a little heavy (but heavy duty) and it's pricey. BUT, i like it, fits my needs and helped me get everything in order so i'm digging it.

Just my humble opinion about fishing hot water
i don't quite follow, but most especially the river part.... lake temps around here right now are about 90 maybe slightly above, but the river was 70 on sunday. so you're saying they're stressed in 70 degree water?

Swept handle for non swept reels?
Yeah that's more than I wanted to spend for sure. I didn't think I could do it, but figured I'd ask anyways!

Swept handle for non swept reels?
Is it possible to put a swept handle on a reel that didn't come with one without also having to get a new/different drag star? as in a curado 51e or a curado 101b specifically. can i put another shimano handle on them say from a ci4+ or a curado 200i or a metanium xg for instance? thanks!

Carbontex Drag - Dry or Greased?
I know you can operate the Carbontex either dry or greased. I'm wondering what the opinions are for either way and why? Thanks!

Risk of ordering rods online
most of mine have been fine from online retailers, but BPS actually was the worst. they just stuck a rod in a cardboard tube and shipped just like that. no cover, no bubblewrap, no taping the handle.... nothing. of course that rod arrived with the insert missing from the tip guide from bouncing around like crazy.

Wanting to try a new brand of rod..
regular tatula, never tried the XT used to have an avid, but sold it. i'd take a tatula over the avid every single day.

Wanting to try a new brand of rod..
tatula for $110 = no brainer. i have the 6'10" MH/F casting rod and it's one of my favorite rods i own. i've tried some other ones with thoughts of replacing the tatula and each time i remember just how much i like that rod. it's just a phenomenal all around stick and worth every penny of the $110 you can find them for right now.
