  1. I don't see the work in a buzz, I use a 7.1.1 baitcaster and it really zooms the buzz across the water.
  2. Well, time changes this weekend. i was wondering if this had any affect on the fish? I would think it would due to the sun light lasting longer
  3. I have been fishing sence I was a little one, but I have only been serious bass fisherman for about 2 years. I have a big fear of plastics, yea i can admit it. I don't know why, maybe cause i have never been shown how to fish one, I just dabble with them a bit. Sunday I plan to go fishing, prob going to leave at 3pm and the weather is going to be Sunny 59 degrees and wind from the south at 6 mph... Water level up and stained... I have a few jigs, but I have never fished oned before. I want to take the time to learn them and plastics, The 2 colors of jigs I have are brown/orange and blue/black. Is there any advice on how to fish these baits... jigs and plastics? I know the very basics.. I am looking more for types of presentations with the rod, or letting it sit etc... What is the basic rise and fall tech, lower rod to 5 o'clock raise to 10 o'clock? any help would be great cause I really want to learn this, and feel better about knowing what I am doing with them, instead of just acting like it...
  4. I know I could not release a 22lb Bass... it would be on my wall!!!
  5. I think you misunderstand the lake... this lake is not always fed by the river.... only when the river gets high enough the lake is fed. As for the west bank it is a nice place to fish, most action i get on the lake is "looking at the pic" north side starting at the river inlet headin west to the first finger.... I usually throw a buzz bait in the summer months there in the early morniing and have a limit by 9 am.... My problem I am having now is I never fished this lake in the winter to early spring time "this time of year" I have been 3 times and caught 2 fish this year... I will try the other parts like u guys stated and see what happens... BTW where is a good place to buy MAPS with details ?
  6. 8+ lbs I caught several 7 to 7.5 last year so I need to break that 7 point
  7. Ok guys I fish this lake very often... But this year I can't seem to get the bass in the boat. During the summer months when it is hot you can just murder the bass on buzz baits here. Last year I took home severak 7+ lber's Yes I said take home, this lake is river fed.... anyways I have a sat image of the lake and small lines "colored" to show what is what on the lake... I don't use a depth finder so I fish by sight only... Pick your spot by sight only and give me some insite where I might pull some in this time a year.. O yea the river is coming in it now!!!! I went this past weekend and NOTHING..
  8. OK I done up a small piece that consist of 3 types of collage. Well, 2 are fades and 1 is seemless or I would call it Photo manipulation. See is you can pick the one out that is seemless... It really is not that hard and there is a trick to it...
  9. Hummm, I don't know that I would call them seamless, I would call it a calodge "spelling" When I get to work I do one up for ya....
  10. I have never used sonar, I am kind of behind times lol I have the old style, check the depth with the rod or boat paddle. To answer your question I slow my bait down alot. I tend to catch myself speed fishing on new waters for some reason, when i should be relaxing and finessing it a bit...
  11. well, do u have a example? It could be called several diffrent things...
  12. well, I could teach any of you here with a small tutorial on how to create your dream photo. Just ask away...
