Smally are by far stronger fighters ,I catch lots of spots here in ga .And they do fight but give out quick.more then smally's.Ive fished small mouth when i was a kid on chatauqua lake in western ny.I remember them well .

Who here fishes Lake Lanier in ga ?Its a clear water lake .Lots of good catching .Im always looking for a second seat person to go with me .

It's an addicition that is hard to break .never have enough equipment for fishing .Always something that looks good .If you dont have it you can't use it. Good luck .
