I've caught 50 + bass in a days time .dosent happen hardly ever to me.

I liked it a lot .Just onto something different .A lanier custom boat with twin 300s bass boat cat.Its a salt water and freshwater boat also.Had a good price thrown at me for my bullett ,so i sold it .

I actually took off money for the scratch.It was $350.00 to fix it .

You dont like bullet boats

Im retired .No job anymore .My career is no more .

Now i can get a lanier custom boat .Im talking with lanier on what options i can do with what motors and such .They will build the way you want it .

I havent charged them in 4 days .Still plenty of power .Ive got right at 32 hrs on a charge i thought .So is the big motor charging the batteries ?I do have a 3 bank system hooked up .But i think the bug motor is charging batteries through the motor .I cant see how this is happening.Is my alternator big enough to charge 3 total batteries at 1 time .I sure havent pluged in the charger for 4 days .I run on 40 to 50 on the power switch all day long .7 hrs aday . Whats up with dat ?Is it possible ?

I ended up buying 6 packs of them . They hold up good ,i would use them on any type finesse fishing with no problems . I just used them to day so ill give a better report when i use them more for different situtations .

Drop Shot or ShakyHead.

It sho is ugly,But anything different is always a good thing .Something the fish haven't seen yet . Id try it out myself.

Anything finesse is good with me .

Im glad my childern are growed up and married on thier own ,My grand kids come down to fish with me a lot from upstate ny .They like fishing with pappy .I do fish 7 days a week since no one is around but me and wife .

I know a guy who caught Mr Bass in march 15th there that wieghed in at 6.9lb spot .There will sho nuf be some action going on there in a week or so for the bruisers ,Imm gonna hit it every day till it happens .I dont want to miss the day it happens.So im comited to this area for the next 2 weeks . I have a gut feeling about this spot ,;like every yr back before the drought we had .Its now just getting to where it can be fished this season .

Trees in the lake with Grass and Bass. Its about a football field big .Its tough getting between the trees with a sled .Im only fishing in 1 ft to 3 ft at most .The rain we had on thursday spoilt it for today ,It made the area a little more stained then i like .Ended up catching a 3 largemouth females full of eggs again .in the 3 lb range .Havent hooked up on the buck ,yet but i will get them when tey come to protect the bed .Good ole sight fishing . I like tying direct to the loop on the bait.never tried a swivel or snap ring .

Stay with same size .try not to mix and match .Not saying it wont work ,might have issues down the rd .

If you dont want to put backing for the braid ,Use a piece of duct tape ,tape it to the spool so it wont spin on spool.You will use more braid of course.but its an option.With all braid ,doubt you will ever get to the bottom of the spool . You to can use a red philips not for mono to braid ,very small knot when done right and strong.I use this knot for salt water catching ,so if it holds salty fish ,no worrys on little fresh water fish.

Its like every new sled i get i seem to scratch it up on the bottom .Im a shallow water finess guy any how .Now i wont worry about the newness .Its all done with .lol Ive been fishing this boat hard since day 1 .Every day out on the water .Ill have my friend just fix it .He is good with boat fixing and gel coat stuff.Thats what he does .he seen it and said its no stress damage at all.just fish it till i get it fixed.

I hit a submerged log here on lanier yesterday .It put a 2ft gash on the aft of the boat on the pad area.Motor is fine .The boat dosent take any water .But it is a pretty good gash ,through the gel coat.,Our lake has come up from very low to full pool .Its carried everything from the shore to the water .LOts of trash floating around the lake now . Either way if your on lake lanier be careful of the trash in the water you cant see.

How many folk like throwing swim baits ?I love these things .A local guy here makes these baits and does the air brushing to them .

Tie a fluro carbon to your braid if all possible .Braid is fine ,just use fluro as a leader
