I like the Carbonlites myself. Not as much as my Crucial, but when the Carbonlites are on sale I can get 2 for the price of one Crucial. I have always had the BPS Extreme rods and have never had an issue with them, some I have are over 10 years old. I have a couple Carbonlites now and im going to slowly start switching all my rods to Carbonlites.

I agree 110%, it has a nice thin diameter too

Are you referring to the Mojo swimbait rod?

Anyone have any good recommendations for a double duty rod? I picked up a 3 wire alabama rig, and I recently started fishing frogs a little more. I wont be fishing each a whole lot, so Im looking for a rod that will serve the purpose for both. I would like to stay under $150. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I am a Big fan of the BPS Carbonlite rods. I use to use the BPS extreme rods, but have been slowly switching over to Carbonlites. Its my favorite rod besides my Crucial.

I have a few decent places within 30 minutes, but the better lakes for me are usually around 1-1.5 hours away.
