Today we went to a farm pond. I landed 2 nice bass. Hooked up on four total. The first on a 1/2 ounce white spinner bait with double gold baldes. Got hung up and lost that spinner so I switched to a red and white 1/2 ounce spinner bait with 2 silver blades and caught my last one. My bud caught about 6 small ones on a beetle spin. We sure enjoyed those thumps.

Got mine as well. Also a free jig. Can't beat that. Nice looking T shirt too.

Thanks for all the help fellas. I pulled it outa storage today. Guess what? No clunk at all. So I repacked my bearings, put the batteries back in, and cleaned her up. Man did it ever feel good. I thnk I'll do it all over tomorrow. I think not. I'm going fishing tomorrow. Yea!

That is the biggest sm bass I have ever seen. Would you mind teling us the details? Like, what lure, how deep, structure, retrieve, etc. If not, that's ok but it'll make an old man very very sad!!! Congrats.

I never heard of 2lb line for sailfish. Now that would be a feat.

What is the largest fish,( any fish), you caught on the smallest line? I caught a 55 # Sailfish on 10 # test back in the 70's.
