  1. look at the new Daiwa Tatula...EXCELLENT reel for the money as they can be had for 120$ or so and Ill put that reel up against the White Curado E anyday..
  2. thanks guys! I was directed to this Forum by someone so I figured Id drop in! From factory grease can be found in the spool bearings as reels tend to sit on shelves for weeks or months so they pack them so they dont dry out..Ive worked on THOUSANDS of reels over the years and get reels straight from factory when guys buy them for upgrades or cleanings as they want all factory oil and grease removed and less put back in.. On the orange seal being its RUBBER and pourous over time Ive seen where they swell up and push on the cage or race causing the bearings to be slow.. Every reel I own has the seals off be it ZPI or Bocas...
  3. the spinbait80s have been taking the tackle industry by storm! I Just got a bunch in stock and they go fast! its a clear water light line tech, which has been catching all species of fish.. ive got some buddies up north catching the heck out of crappie with the baits.. You really cant go wrong with any od the DUO colors as they just released Ghost M shad, Ghost Pearl and Mirror Gill.. Trey
  4. Flushing grease from a stock stainless bearing is not a long term fix. The bearing will run looser when you flush it but you have to make sure the bearing is always oiled or it will prematurely fail. The ceramic hybrid bearings can run dry unlike a stainless bearing With the right tools its VERY easy to do.. The Boca spool pin pliers make life MUCH easier at getting those pins off the spool shaft.. Once that is done all you have to do is swap the bearings out by removing the clips on the tension knob and the side plate.. Just make sure you take the orange seals off the bearings as they tend to run better without them on. If you have any questions feel free to ask! Trey
  5. I just painted up a bunch of bandits for a guy down south..Mostly blk neon as he says he whacks them on that color.. Black worms seem to work all the time and in any water color so why not solid blk cranks?
