  1. Of course you can catch that fish again, when? I have no clue..
  2. Sounds interesting & a bit spooky.. I lived a mile away from this Indian massacre location. Happened in 1812.. Creepy I will say that, lol http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pigeon_Roost_State_Historic_Site

My feeling as well, yes he's very good but not even close to the caliber MJ was as player & team leader..

Yup I'm watching.. These guys are fighting full bore.. Great game to watch thus far
  7. Is that illustration from Shimano or Diawa? (Spinning reel ) Or from power pro?
  8. Depends on the model & who makes the reel. Shimano knobs, ( on some models ) can be replaced.. You have to at least give the manufactor a try for heavens sake..
  9. Yea I caught the Saratoga out of Mayport a couple times.. Ragged ole ship she was. I saltwater fished there a lot during bluefish runs. As far as ponds, I don't recall a one. Best wishes & stay safe!
  10. You can email them or call and get a quote..
  11. Better get some Hornady's..
  12. I drank quite a bit of Samuel Adams in the mid 90's I really liked it..
  13. Nice redfish! Sounds like a old memory of mine! Congrats on a great trip..
  14. Ring terminals are the nomenclature generally used. You can obtain wire at most hardware stores.. Ring terms can be had at automotive part stores as well as heat shrink, you can crimp those as well. You don't have to solder them. Although it's preferred.
  15. I agree, it's shady. If nothing else a conflict of interest.
  16. Congratulations, that's very good news!
  17. What is it you hope to discover here on this topic? Is this research for AA or something?
  18. Very good work & the first bait? Wow! Looks great..
  19. A Zulu spear, that's interesting right there.. As well as the ww2 jungle cutter.. Cool!
  20. @ 21 I would agree that it would have left a mark. I could refer a few story's but I won't.. I get the feeling you may be opposed to carrying a firearm, I can respect that. I would rather be armed with a gun, rather than a machete.. A man has to know his limitations & be comfortable in his own skin. I quit night fishing a few years ago..
  21. Um, honestly, I don't see it as paranoid.. Dangerous situations can present itself at most anytime, anyplace, being aware & prepared to protect yourself is not paranoid. I venture to say your fairly young in age, yes? I think your being a little hard on yourself & maybe a bit naive, no disrespect meant..
  22. Yes Sir, exactly right.. A man has full right to defend his life.. People need not be ashamed to carry & use force if needed.
  23. Get yourself a CCL.. Arm yourself, it's pretty good piece of mind in the wild & the the city. Wait, the city is wild, yes!
  24. hehe, I'm packing a .357 short barrel right now! I love the magnum.. Except for the hearing damage, the huge fireballs, the extra weight.. Yea, I love it..
  25. Yup, I was packin a Glock 30 too.. That was a whitetail hunt on a small detached piece of state land.. Locals ( bona fide deliverance types ) tryed to block my exit ( I was at my truck & trying to leave ) and that's where I stop my story... I'm not fighting anyone over a hunting area.. I have never been back, not from fear, but to avoid a potential " bad scenario"
