Monday was all Yo-Zuri 3DB hardbaits and Rage Tail Structure Bugs along with 10 Siebert Dredge Brush Jigs in 3/8 oz. tomorrow will be Missle Baits D-Bombs and plastic storage bins with my fiancées Christmas present, St Croix Avid Pearl. Next shall be Keitech Swing Impact Fat, I want some to use as a swim jig trailer or hell maybe a spinnerbait but I can't decide if I need the 2.8 or 3.3

I like Texas lol, can't say I've had worse anywhere else seein as how the only other state I've fished in was Mississippi which was a phenomenal crappie trip.

Thanks guys for the advice! We have completed the boaters safety courses and made a run to Bass Pro yesterday to get all the gear to make it water legal. We got our electronics with lake maps already and plan on practicing manuevering the boat and trailer before actually hitting the lake. As it pertains to fishing what steps or processes do yall use to locate the fish?

My fiancée and I are picking up our new boat next weekend hopefully. It's a 2015 Nitro Z6. What advice or tips do yall have for someone getting off the bank, whether it be boating or fishing related? Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance. One of my biggest concerns is learning how to use a depth finder to locate fish since I've never done it before. I've always read articles and read on the forum on trying to learn about their patterns and such but actually getting out there and doing it will be a challenge.

Pretty much the only bait I threw regularly was T-Rigs last year. This year I've branched out to just about everything else. The last month I've fallen in love with swim jigs from Siebert Outdoors to the point I've got 12 color variations.... You know, just in case.

I keep a shopping list in my Notes App on my phone that gets tweaked constantly, I have a shopping problem with TW.

I caught 52 (not a typo) bass today and all but 5 of them were on a Super Albino weightless. ChrisD46: I encountered the same thing so I just use a regular Fluke as a trailer and just throw a Super Fluke.
