  1. Honesty I would suggest locally storing the photos on your computer, and just uploading from there. I see a lot of people on here using photo bucket. From personal experience, local computer storage is much easier and cleaner to upload on to BR.
  2. This fish, circa 2013. Don't know why it hooked me, but it did. Never have looked back since.
  3. 15 fish day on Wickwas Lake yesterday. All the fish were located tight to cover or on steep rocky drop-offs. Largest fish went 4.1
  4. Hey Tom, I believe the pond is spring feed. Normally if I see an outlet of flowing water into a pond I will fish that without hesitation, but that is not the case with this pond. The bass are just being stubborn. Hard to fish a pond when you cannot find anything definitive for the bass to hold to.
  5. Wickwas Lake was an absolute murder scene. Motor problems, and a dead trolling motor battery were the two key patterns in today's success. The bass were keying in on the vibration of two men struggling to paddle across an entire lake with a strong head wind. In between pauses due to exhaustion, the bass would slam our disheartened souls. What a day to be a fisherman. TLDR; Tough day, no fish.
  6. There is some downed trees in the water, but the bass were not located there yesterday. No doubt in the summer they will be there.
  7. ***Disclaimer, I live in NH...Fishing here is slightly different than most warm fishing locations lol. I fish a few ponds that are not too deep. The average depth of all of these ponds is around 8'. I wouldn't call the bottoms of these ponds unique either. Primarily the bottoms compositions are soft and muddy with large amounts of leaves mixed in. There is no unique structure in these bodies of water, besides when vegetation (lily pads, milfoil, etc.) grows in. When I fish these ponds pre-vegetation growth I cannot see largemouth and usually cannot catch them either. When the pond is in its "summer-state" the fishing is much easier. What are these fishing doing when this pond is "empty" (pre-vegetation growth). Are the bass sitting on the bottom or maybe roaming around? I have no idea. Please help.
  8. Slow day, I associate that with the tough conditions I was faced with (no wind, bluebird-skies etc.). Hitting Wickwas Lake tomorrow with a buddy. Hoping to get onto a few of them.
  9. Hitting the water Sunday. Looking for my first fish of the year.
  10. Savage Gear 3D Line Thru Perch and a broken GoPro!
  11. Hey man I am from Plymouth State University and will be around to fish. Maybe we could set something up for a few trips.
  12. First time using my new swim-bait setup. I would have looked more excited but I was fighting off a strong hangover lol. Ahhhhh good times!
  13. Bruh, bass fishing has like an awful learning curve lol. You are doing fine. Just be a sponge and learn everything you can. You will catch fish, don't you worry. Fish something simple, a Texas Rig. It will catch fish. Just keep at it, and keep your head up. PM me with any questions you have and I will be more than happy to assist you!
  14. First day using the new swim-bait setup, I am not complaining. Hope everyone is having a good weekend!
  15. Went out today in the late afternoon to try and get on some fish (no idea why I wanted to do this). Fishing was brutally slow and then the bite finally kicked on for a while. I ended the day with a total of 8 fish, and a few decent ones. Back to the work grind tomorrow. I am looking forward to try and get out again soon, even though I currently don't see that in my future. Tight lines everyone!
  16. This is what I did, and it was magic. Such a good way to gain confidence in a technique.
  17. I have a fantastic log template if you would like it. I can be reached at McDuffeer13@gmail.com. Send me a PM on here first though.
  18. Went fishing for 5 minutes after a massive thunderstorm swept through Southern New Hampshire. I had a general idea what the fish were going to be in the mood for, smack!
  19. I will only fish if I am going to put 100% effort in on the water. Anything else is absolutely not acceptable!
  20. What I will always throw is a 3/8th ounce jig, T-Rigged Rage Craw, and also a wacky rigged worm. If there is bass, they will hit one of the these technqiues. Always a safe bet.
