H20 Mettle Vs....
I had a camo mettle that I just couldn't get to cast right. I ended up accidentally dropping the spool in the lake and I exchanged it no questions asked. I upgraded. But I used a friend's mettle and it would absolutely sling lures. Very impressive for a low price.

Team Lews Pro Speed Spool
At dunns sporting goods.. I ordered a Lews bb1 pro 7.1:1 but they were backorderd. So the lady called me and told me and I told her I wanted a different reel. So we agreed on a team Lews pro which they have for $219. But for the inconvenience we agreed on 179

Lews Magnetic Brake Reels.
You would think that the pins would need to be used in pairs, but I've heard from a few people that odd number of pins pulled is fine.

Duckett Reels
I've held one, they feel all right. Just expensive for an unproven reel.

Lews Magnetic Brake Reels.
Thanks fellas. I got it casting pretty good between 3 and 4 on the dial. I've been throwing weightless stick worms with relative ease and getting good distance. I was just seeing if anybody had relaTed centrifugal pins with the magnetic dial.

Lews Magnetic Brake Reels.
I've got a super duty and just have a few questions concerning the brakes among other things. First a little background, I also have a chronarch 200e6 and usually only use one centrifugal brake on. I just tweak the spool tensioner pending each lure. Back to the lews, what setting on the lews of yall think correlates to 1 pin actuated on the chronarch. One problem I find with the lews is the rod I have it on. It's on a medium 6'6 berkley cherry wood. My chronarch is on a mh Duckett ghost which I love but cannot afford another for a bit. Any comments concerns or advice are welcome. Another thought is the amount of grease they come applied with. My chronarch was full of it but I endured through it and now I casts like a dream. I think the same will happen with my lews. Thanks

Spinning Reel For Around 50 Bucks
I have the purist and the president and like them both. I payed full amount on purist and it was still worth it. Can handle trout very well plus even bigger bass.
