kb here been having good luck on lake shafer with the 100 series firetiger bandit lure. to me a firetiger color is suppose to look like a sun fish. where do you buy a worm,tube,grub or any plastic that is a fire tiger color zoom has a fire tiger tube but its really small.. kb

kb here idont like the horny toad hook i think it just comes in a 5/0 hook alittle big but sure do like the groove inzoom horny toad usa a 1/8 oz weighted hook

kbhere how many of you guys fish the plastic frogs or toads first of this week befor the temp got to 9o's they were slaming those stanley ribbet frogs both the the floating and the suspending type would not hit a buzzbait but hit the toads kb

kb here use the same filler as you would on your auto for your boat but be sure it is the water proof kind and dont fill a dent deeper than a1/4 " you might be better off useing the yellow primer for aluminum oxide then prime and paint with any kind of paint you want i cant remember the filler to use but if you want i will go out to the shop and get the brand and # but DO NOT use the bondo brand kb. let me know

kbhere just about ever time i fish freeman i stop at breezy point and just about ever time catch a bass some little ones or a few nice fish. on the point of brezzy point about just 10 ft from bank on left side water about 15-20 ft deep right side 5 ft deep great place any more on the proprety on the lake will go for 50-60 thousand just for the lot. i have seen them bulldoze down a house that would sell for about $125,thousand just to build a million dollar house they have went crazy on both lakes kb must be nice to have to much money

kb here i have bought 3 avid 5' 6" pistol grip rods and the cork handles are a little smaller than a premier rod they fit my small hand's just perfect. i want to change the couple premier pistol grips to the avid pistol grip size handles but dont know where to buy any body got any ideas sure would be appreciated thanks kb

kb here there are a lot of mallard ducks on our lakes and they roost on piers and boat docks. as you come along with boat they will slip into the water do you think they scare the fish or do bass get use to them. i think it scars the fish what are you guys opinion's kb

kb here have been having better luck on freeman this year. man i think it changes from year to year last year shafer was hot . this year freeman is better our wed night tourney guy caught a 5.o8 lm thats pretty good for are lakes he got big bass for about $400.00 nice local pay day kb

kb here bought a 5' 6" med action fast tip avid pistol grip baitcasting rod two weeks ago have been fishing with it a few times know what i just got done? ordering 2 more from reeds outfitters man i like that rod kb with a curdo 100 and the cork on handle is smaller around fits my hand's just perfect wish i had enough money to buy more shimano reels i have a couple 200 curdos and a 200 with the 7:1 raito like it for buzzbaits kb

kb here caught 4 smallmouth today but 2 were only keepers i had. the 2 small one were 13"& 13 1/2'' have to be 14 " to be legal .

you are right raul i emailed shimano and thy said they do not make replacement handles for older reels. i looked at 2 of the reels i had on deck of boat they were cu-200 bsf i got those for xmas last year that aint to old. any way i will try those rubber add on grips that reelmech was talking about kb hows the water level down there this year.

kb here when fishing you confidence bait and you are having a hard time getting a strike, any where you go on lake , how much longer do you wait till you change baits. and then wonder should i have thrown my best bait ?

kb here i have 5 shimano baitcasting reels on one of the curado 200 d modles they have a different handle grip they call it a" septon" nonslip grip man do the work great i wish i could buy more handles and put on the other shimano reels i have. has anybody tried to buy these some where . kb

kb here reelmech have you ever used or seen this type of rod turning system at the bottom of page on the left. it says it will work on any handle i want to turn some pistol grip cork handles and rod's was going to install this outfit in my lure drying box do you think this will work or have you a better idea. want to use some devcon on rods

kb again minn kota was where i did order the control box assy from.. also orrdered the on -off foot switch the total cost was $219 .65 shipped. looked up at a couple different places one wanted $200.00 for control box same as minn kota and another wanted $371.00 no its not hard to change i did take foot pedal apart and cleaned all the ternimals on switch to see if they were corroded they were not kb this is what the assy looks like item #105 the one i drew a circle around
