  1. The warranty guarantees your hard working money a rod for life. Having life-time is extremely important to me because accidents do happen, that's life. I hope they don't do this to G.Loomis in the future, if they do, i wont buy them anymore. All i'm going to buy is Ugly Stik and St.Croix.

  3. You're right. LOL a $40 rod has a higher warranty than a $150+ rods made by a very profitable company. Its all making sense now and clear. I will spend my money wisely.
  4. For light lures, spinning gear will be your best bet, Plus it casts lighter weight further.
  5. 580G. Also color differences makes a impact as well. Green lenses for freshwater or inshore. Blue for very bright light or offshore and grey for casual wear.

  8. I get scare when I see lighting all over the place and stop fishing because Florida is considered the state with the most death cause by lighting and fishing rods attract lighting too.

  14. 4000 size reel with 7 foot rod and 20 pound braid. Most versatile.
  15. Bring your heaviest bass outfit like a punching rod or flippin n pitchin rod. If you're using a baitcaster, make sure to rinse it alot. It will mess up your gear.
  16. Yes. I buy Zebco brands. Fin-Nor used to be the pinnacle of saltwater back since the 30s to 80s. They also invented to first real offshore reel.

  18. Reels from now a reels from 20+ haven't change much, although i believe that the older reels are better quality part like more metal and are more reliable, Reels today tend to be lighter but with more plastic meanwhile prices go up.

You'll find out that van staal was invented because people in the northeast used every tackle that exist and they all broke and failed, so they built a spinning reel that is extremely bulletproof and maintenance free. It is labeled as the best spinning reel on planet earth.
  21. I respect everyones opinion (AS LONG IF ITS VALID) you saying that zebco is a starter reel and have a mindset of graduate not downgrade, Is again and understatement. Van Staal spinning reel are probably the best in the world and their owned by zebco.
