Ouch! I've caught those while surf fishing. Ever caught the gafftopsail catfishes before? They're like the salties, except they have MUCH larger spines.

LBH, My dad has a similar problem with migraines. He took Imitrex for a long time, (it was a total lifesaver to him), and he started getting used to it. Now, he's recently started on a new migraine medicine, a new one that just came out. When I get home, I'll look up the name of it. Maybe it will help your headaches. Alpster's words are very true, I couldn't have said it better myself.

Let's not forget the all important WVU game this Thursday night.

Much of the same here. That game will be the defining point of their season. A tough away game against clearly one of the best teams of the NFL. I don't know, they've did it before, maybe they can do it again.

Well, not only have I not done a poll in a while, but I wanted to get everyone's input on the chances of the Steelers making it to Super Bowl 42. I know it's a long shot , but I wanted to get some other opinions. Personally, I believe they could do it. In 2005, when they were 11-5 for the season, and they had the wildcard spot, no one said that they could do it, but they ended up beating the Bengals, Colts, and Patriots and taking the title. With last night's 38-7 romping at Baltimore, I think they may go all the way.

Well, now we know we didn't go to war for oil, or gas prices would have ben 20 cents a gallon. ;D

Hey guys, I wanted to share something with you. When I was little, I was first introduced to fishing by my Grandpa Edwards. He had a camp up in the mountains we would always go to, and he would always take me and my brother fishing. He was the one who really introduced me to the sport, the one who showed me how to tie the hook to the line, and how to remove the fish from the hook, etc. As the years grew on, and I got older, he started fishing less and less due to health problems. Whenever he possibly could though, he always took me, and we particuarly looked forward to the local trout stockings in the spring. Some mornings it would be absolutely freezing outside, with extreme wind, but we would go anyway, sometimes with fish and sometimes without. Now, my grandpa has been diagnosed with cancer. He has been in the hospital for 2 straight weeks, and was just released two days ago. Apparently, his cancer is in stage 4, the worst of the 4 stages. I was just going to ask if you guys could keep him in your prayers and thoughts. This has been a tough time for me and my family. He has always supported me and my brother in our hobbies and playing bluegrass, and I always do the same for him. Thanks, Aaron "Troutfisher"
