Hey, Andy Griffith rocks! I still have the DVD's of some older ones.... But to the point, I think that the commercial was kind of stupid when I first saw it, and I still do. I guess the fishing industry has to show that it's not always a bunch of bearded guys on a boat talking about what lures to use for salmon.

You can't beat deep fried trout and bream with a little ketchup on the side. I think eating fish is almost the same as with eating venison; the younger animal/fish is usually better eating than the larger one, because the flesh in the older animal/fish is tougher due to more muscle. That's my thoughts.

Not sure; I live down near Charleston area. I don't know immediately of one there, although there are several private clubs around.

Fighting a fish all the way to the bank, then when trying to get it in/lip it, it either jumps, or my hand slips, and it is off without me getting it out.

Topwaters and senkoes to find fish, and then I either stick with these two baits or switch to T-Rigged plastics. That's mine.

Well, this is kinda a topic for senkoism, and not really much else.

Ah, I love a good debate. After reading the last post, I think that if the senko is working use it, and be able to use other lures efficiently if it isn't. Why throw out all the senkoes?

In WV, they have two free fishing days in June to expose the wonders of fishing. I am going to renew my own license soon. I think the fine here is around $50.

HEY! I use senkoes all the time and always come up with fish on them!
