Last year I got a couple of PQs during the spring sale for $50 a piece. They've been good reals so far and I don't have any complaints about them. If you can wait until the sale at BPS, they may have the same deal again.I was on the fence about getting it, but after getting annoyed with the hook keeper on a Fenwick silverhawk I decided to go ahead. Initial thoughts are that it feels pretty well balanced with a stradic fj2500 on it. Guides all look good. I like that the reel seat threads aren't exposed even after tightening down onto the reel. I feel the handle could be a little longer, but I may change my mind after I can actually get some time on the water with it.Black Friday TW order got here!
Caught one earlier in the spring on a black and blue chatterbait. It was at night and man was I disappointed when I got it to the bank. I thought I had a new PB!Pm sentLike A-Jay and WIGuide, I got a Mustang Elite HIT two weeks go. Wore it the next day all day in a BFL and practically forgot about it(plus it rained and I didn't have to worry about it going off).Guess I'm heading to DSG tomorrow! Last week I noticed a couple of Veritas with a red tag($74.95) that I'll be price checking.
