The poor mans patent is to send a registered letter with all of the info and pictures and prototypes to yourself. this way its sealed dated and that will stand up in court if it needs to go that far. This is another thing I do at work I actually illustrate peoples patent drawings, to be approved by the USPTO. Yes it costs allot to get a patent especially if you have an idiot for an attorney that has no idea what he is doing...

Facts are this 15lbs 8oz caught in 1975 by one, Walter Bolonis through the ice, of Sampson Pond. Sampson Pond is in Carver, Carver is down by Cape Cod. Cape Cod extends out into the ocean, and for this Cape Cod's winters are generally quite mild compared too spots further inland hence prolonging the growing season of those fisheries.

Im sorry to say it but I couldnt agree with you more. I feel the same way with people racing up and down the highway as motorcycles doing stunts up and down the highway. If they chose to go fast and be reckless thats fine but do it on a closed course, where the public cant be involved or hurt directly or indirectly, not on a highway loaded with people. Granted this was on a runway, but what if the car happened to veer off and hit the nearby house. I have no remorse or sorrow for people being hurt or killed doing their lame brained actions. I can see the ink drying now on the Darwin Awards.

Hey Everyone, I was just sitting here at the office. As you all know its the middle of February and there is a good 10inches of ice out on the lake and right now its snowing out. I was wondering if anyone listened to any informative fishing podcasts or anything along those lines? Anyway Im just trying really hard to beat cabin fever. I was just wondering if there was a Podcast on fishing that was really informative on tips tactics and techniques. Thanks in advance. :)

I didnt hear anything about Miami you have a link to that so I could read up on it? Only story I heard was the Patriots and the Jets.

There in fact was some talk about the Jets Filming the Patriots in the 2006 season. Where that story went I have no idea. Why that isnt being brought to everyones attention I have no idea. You can read more about it here. Anyway it doesnt make it right for what the Patriots did or have allegedly have done.

I remember poor Robert Edwards that went to the Pro Bowl was in one of those sand flag football games and tore his knee up and he was never the same. He came back with Miami for a year or so and then retired. He was a promising young talented RB, when he got hurt.
