Yup! Also.. I just weighed the ALPS MGM which is called the " Mini Guide Method " which chokes the line down very fast with 9 guides and a tip top weighs: 4.1 grams!! Want 11 guides? 4.6 grams! Now that is super light weight!

We sell between 2-3 million guides a year and have .0000001% We have SiC but since the PVD zirconium and the Zirconium guides have been great on performance, durability, price, etc.. our customers tend to stick with these. Even Kevin Van Dam uses ALPS Zirconium guides and has never had ring failure or grooving. You are correct.. Splitting hairs .. Then would you even pay the extra money when it is so close, you can't tell??

No it is not. NFC has nothing to do with this company! Also.. I think there will be some problems with Enigma calling their rods: Edge The NFC blank you have is Gary Loomis's baby!! You will love it! Also to let you know Gary Loomis has come out with GEN2 processing, materials, designs, etc.. for NFC and Edge Rods!! You won't be disappointed! Ya us and NFC as well!! EDGE rods is a property of NFC.. Who knows what will happen, but it will be interesting!

Ya.. I don't know unfortunately. But you can definitely see from the pics. Now remember all of these are not only GEN2 of Gary Loomis but everyone rates their powers and actions differently. They are not universal! We gave a rod for review on another forum of our RainShadow Revelation series if it were to be built as a custom rod. We used a RainShadow Spinning blank built as a casting blank and the review stated it was in line with other.. Now one thing to note about NFC. These blanks should mimic Gary's previous venture rod company. Just with refreshed GEN2 of everything. So if those blanks performed, these should be right inline with what your looking for. The RX7 and the RX8 are great. We still have some of stock still left of our discontinued list. I even think there are some RX8+'s as well!!

Yes.. It depends on what you want.. Decal Connection is a great source. Also have you looked into the K-sun Pearlabel? Might be another alternative. FYI the ICRBE show is coming up in North Carolina and there is a few labeler companies out there that have products, it just depends on how many your really going to do!

Hi CHubby, Thank you for asking and DVT is correct. We are though the exclusive partner of NFC. Remember these are Gary Loomis's GEN2 of his designs, actions, builds, processing, etc.. He released blanks because his previous venture stop selling blanks and only made completed rods. Now being not fast enough, etc.. Please tell us the model and we can show you on the board. Most of his information is accurate, but the problem is the industry. Someone's fast could be different that another persons. Also with NFC's "private label" rods, you would have to get the exact model to compare. Doing a blanketed" this private label rod says this, but the company that makes the rod blank claims this is hard to tell unless you compare apples to apples.

We have the ALPS line. They have been proven time after time one of the best guides on the market. Over 100k+ of guides we sell, we get maybe a total of 10-20 back.
