  1. Evolve Fluid Worms Roboworms Zoom Finesse Worms Lunker City Ribsters
  2. I liked it. Had one last year for a while....finally got it hung up this year, and lost it. Never caught anything on it. But it functioned very nicely. But, I like Fat Free Shads in general anyway.
  3. Good to know Tom, thanks. And I agree, the SK jig is terribly priced. It was $4.99 at Dicks. Despite its decent performance so far, I dont have much intention of buying more jigs at that price. Id be thrilled if you could take a moment to offer a quick opinion of the Omega Structure Jig, as well.
  4. When I get out on the water, I become the water. When I flip my jig, I become the jig...and then it, becomes the water. Even though I am still the water, the jig also becomes the water.....which is ok, because I am still the jig......and the water.
  5. I will say this though, the shape of the head on this jig seems nice, conceptually. The head is very broad and wide, and the underside(for lack of a better term), is sloped, as if to provide a ramped surface for sliding over cover. So, I dont know.
  6. I dont know, thats kinda why Im posting this. Ive never heard of a structure jig before. Apparently, Both Sk and Omega make jigs labeled as "structure jig."
  7. I recently picked up a SK Denny Brewer structure jig. Its advertised to reduce hangups, and come through cover better than jig types. Upon examing the head design, I found that it at least gave me the impression that it would do as advertised. Took it out today for the first time, and it worked out fine. No hangups. But its only been one day. So the question becomes this, Do 'structure jigs' (or anything similar) actually reduce hangups, or is this just a marketing gimick? Your thoughts/experiences?
  8. This is far too complicated, Tom.
  9. Really though, Fishing from shore, I tend to approach it from 3 different levels. Usually in this order, but not always. Topwater - Buzzbaits - Dog Walkers - Hollow Frogs Middle Water - Spinnerbaits - Chatterbaits - Swim Jigs Bottom - Jig/trailer - Worms or LIzards Thats pretty much my routine, in a nutshell.
  10. I found Mike Long had said that as well. Be it as it may, thats not really advice that I prefer to follow. I'll find the fish elsewhere, and by some other means.
  11. Ok anybody have experience with these? Rumor has it, that their shape creates a more exaggerated level of action than other stick worms, but I havent found any video footage to confirm this. Curiosity has gotten the best of me. What say you?
  12. No, but I use shakey heads for Roboworms.
  13. Man, that org/blk/ylw is a slik looking skirt. Who makes that?
  14. Try a War Eagle Wake Spinnerbait. Vibration from that thing ought to be monstrous. I could be wrong, but I thinik it has both a #5 & #7 Colorado blades. Its probably the most vibration put out by anything on the market. Its definitely has the most of anything that Ive used.
  15. TW offers a Biffle Bug in a 5" size. That might hold your peanut.
  16. 9" Fat Max cut 3 inches down 5" Grass pig 5" Action Plastics Supermag grub. Its more like 6". Honestly I dont think that they own a ruler. 5.2 Double wide beaver.
  17. +2 for Decoy Hydrotail & Savage Gear. +2 for the S-waver also.
  18. Yes, it is subjective, and it was intended to be. So I leave it to the author of this thread to decide for himself, as to what "hoards of money" means to him.
  19. As the title reads. What is the largest fish youve caught on a Super Fluke? And how were you working it?
  20. And one last thing.........Dont spend hoards of money.
