Guides On St Croix Legend Tournament Bass
They don't have an upgrade program any more. When I mailed my legend in for a guide replacement I was also trying to upgrade an avid and they said that program ended.

Using My Fishfinder To Actually Find Fish
You might look into hireing a guide for your boat. Sounds a little off but there a jack of all trades for hire. With no costs they be easy to hire, I haven't tried.

Guides On St Croix Legend Tournament Bass
St Croix charges 15 if you use there label. Just sent one in. They will repair it for free but you will be out more than just fixing it local if that's an option.

A Good Baitcasting Reel For Small Swimbaits ( 1-2Oz)
A regular reel would do just fine in that weight range. A daiwa advantage htsl or zillion or tatula all would be fine.

Right Handed Right Hand Retrieve?
There not hard for me to find and the same left reel is normally 10-100 more. Just look at steez reels on the auction site

Good Reel Cleaning And Bocas?
A deep clean brings a lot of good. New high class bearings for the spool will bring the most benefit if the old ones are no longer performing. Go with your cleaners recommendation.

Right Handed Right Hand Retrieve?
I did the same. Glad I did. In this modern time I wonder why left reels have better resell value.

B.a.s.s. Announces Penalties For Monroe And Poche
Why invest in punishment when its already over. Its not like a hockey fight occurred. This seems to mela dramatic. Seems like unsportsmanlike conduct and people want blood!

Weedguards On Jigs
I would be very careful on trimming any weed guard. If you have to cut a few 2-3 from the back of the guard right at the base. If you make it shorter it becomes more stiff.

A Good Place To Start?
Don't go shopping. Figure out what works and make a list of exactly what you want. Stick with the basics at first. Get some brown, green pumpkin and a few black blue. Gerald swindle would say those are the only colors you will ever need. One or two head styles and two weights and you should be good to go. I would go with an arkey as one. Good luck. Serbertoutdoors.com will get you all setup

Luck Craft Bevy Shad Any Lovers
Looks like a very interesting bait but almost no reviews or positive feedback. Is this a crap bait. It is slated as a dual purpose crank/jerk. Does any one love this thing. Looking for a translucent shad bait for clear water.

Rod Torque A Bass Issue
Not wanting to hijack the spiral thread, is rod torque really an issue with bass rods. I could imagine on swimbait rods it might be a factor but normal rods???

Avid And Ltb Jerkbait Rod
I own and use my 66mf for jerks and square bills. It is one of my favorite rods, and i run alphas on them. I will never get rid of mine and i could easily buy something else.

Which St. Croix?
I have not fished any of the lower models but the premier. I have a ton of avids and legends and there great sticks. If its not to much of a leap i would grab an avid 7'MHF as one of the most versitle sticks around.

Crankbait Suggestions
The SK kvd square bill chartreuse black back and blue gill are great in those waters. The green shad 3xd is good. My second largest ct bass a 4.95 came on a rapala shadrap in walleye.

Question About Baitcaster Handle
There are a few casting rods without triggers. I think evergreen has a few. There are some specialty rods with different shapes. The pagani jerkbait rod has a handle like a sword I am interested in.

Changing Treble Hooks
I also do a quick visual. The SK xd baits seem to have decent hooks. I find some people are very particular, I am more open.
