Monroe to me and quite a few other guys I know is a nightmare. Patoka on the other hand has been nothing but good to me. Especially at night with a 1/4 ounce chatterbait over a submerged grass flat. Catch several nice fish at night there. But turtle creek was definitely the best fishery in Indiana up until they ruined it. Indiana treats its fish like it treats it's deer herd. The state could give a d**n about the wildlife. They just do what makes them money and nothing else. When speaking with kvd at the spring fishing classic last year he said if you can catch fish in indiana,you can catch them anywhere. So indiana is definitely the worst state for fishing that I know of. I've fished table rock, guntersville, Ohio river, private lakes in Florida. Guntersville is my favorite place to fish by far. So many big fish and very easy to catch a 5+...

Lmao man i've literally "soiled" myself in my sleep twice now. It ain't no fun lol. And they have had several colitis patients before but somehow my stool is different. So every time i go to the bathroom they want samples of it. Needless to say i get to tell them every time i do it lol.

I caught 6 off a grassline today in a small lake. Throwing a PBJ jig that i made. I didn't have time to really try anything else. But they had it down in their mouth. Im gonna try and throw a red eye shad tomorrow. But the retrieve is the biggest thing. Find out what the fish want. Get a good cadence going. Sometimes you gotta fish painfully slow to get them to bite. Just gotta find out. On top of that. STAY CONFIDENT. Don't leave because you don't catch a fish quick. They're tough to figure out when its cold sometimes but when you do, its usually a consistent bite.

I agree. The places that we go aren't near as bad as a typical best buy or target. But BPS is being smart about it. Spread it out among 5 days. Which is a good idea for the rest. Like a week after thanksgiving sale. That'd get rid of some of the havoc i would think. But either way, there is no shame in liking black Friday. I can't stand going in the mall with my woman because i know im just a tagalong. And she can't stand going to bass pro with me. Because even if im not buying anything, we're in there for a minimum of 3 hours lol.

When i talked to kvd and tim horton. They both said... if you can catch fish in Indiana, you can catch fish anywhere. Small waters with alot more anglers. Fish patoka or Monroe and tell me how much fun you have. Doubt you'll have any.

Bps 100 mph suit is definitely worth the money. I won't spend money at cadorkas lol.
