Thanks guys, I may try to hand tie but I'm not sure my hands and fingers will cooperate . I should be able to do this.

I have bought some replacement skirts but I can't figure out how to get them on my jigs. The jigs have rattles attached and I can't get passed them. I can find a lot of instructions and videos about skirts and putting the bands on. Then they say put it on your jig and you are done...it must be magic or something.

I use their lizards on shaky heads. They are my go to slow bait set up!! I get them at Dicks. Last price I paid was $1.49 a bag!

And no open water to be seen!!

I lost two fish a couple of years ago, one right after the other. I changed my line to Spiderwire braid and have not lost a fish to broken line since! This year I am changing my other rods from other Floro and Mono Brands to Spiderwire.

Maybe a new lucky fishing hat??

I don't suffer From A.D.D., although I have more bait then I need. I always shop for it. I Learn about something new, I research it. Check the prices at all the usual places, keep a running list on my smart phone and when I find it at the right place. I buy it.

I get that feeling, at a few spots on the pond. I know I can catch a fish there....but I NEVER say it out loud!!

I have always had progressive lens on my glasses. So much easier then trying to remember your sunglasses. That being said I did buy a pair of Polarized glasses with my prescription just for fishing.

I had 42 inches of ice on the pond last year and ice out Apr 26th. I have 40 inches this year.....

21 years USCG, Driving small boats over large waves on a huge Ocean. Downside busted up vertebrae.

I can see the eyelet of the hooks just fine. but my hands just don't hold a hook! I have used a my hemostats in the past but this looks like it my do the trick.

I bought a new digital scale when my old spring loaded one said all my fish were 3lbs. Since then I have noticed all my fish are bigger then I guess and always smaller then what my buddies guess. I see guys that miss judge a 3 pounder by 2 lbs. Watching videos on Youtube I am amazed at what people call 3, 4 or 5lbs. I usually weigh a lot of fish early in the season until I get my sense of size back after the long winter.

I have to say a B. I had my best catches ever but my plan for fall/winter was a disaster. I couldn't catch a fish to save my life.

I watched 1 episode, I can't believe I watch a 30 Minute commercial! What a waste of my time and energy.

I was looking for one also. I just installed "My Fishing Journal" . I haven't tried it yet (water is hard). It was free so we will see!
