In my opinion, threading soft plastic chunks is the best method. I believe it enhances the durability (and maintainace) if you add a drop or three of super glue where the top of the chunk meets the "trailer holder" on the jig

hmm... 4Bizz, thats interesting. Ide like to hear the reason(s) of why your unsatisfied with your Toggs. Ive had some Toggs for a couple months now and have been VERY happy with the dryness factor. One thing that i DONT like is the hood. Its way too big, and doesnt stay on my head if the least bit of wind comes by. As far as the toughness goes, i think that Toggs are ALOT more tear-resistant than they look. Just my .02

I dont mean to say anything that might be taken as condesending, just wanna throw an idea out there, : have you guys considered makin winter fishing trips down south? I live in NC and it was about 70 degrees all day long. Dont know how far you guys are from that kind of weather but give it a thought!

Yeah, thats awesome you guys. Avid, Frog Toggs are the best investment ive EVER made in fishing gear. I suggest them to anyone who hasnt experienced them yet, i just cant imagine how waterproof gear could get anymore comfortable and dry. :-?

your right, thats the biggest grouper ive ever seen in my life! That probabbly broke some light tackle records too, ide check into it! How was the weather down there this time of year? i used to go to Panama City every year, but havent been able to do so for the last 2 yrs. Looks like fun though.

Ok so, since i dont own any Daiwa reels (almost strictly Shimano) i dont know too much about the company. When you browse the Daiwa reels on the BPS website, you will see that theres a "Daiwa" reel and then a "Team Daiwa" reel. What is the difference between the two? Is the team Daiwa reels just a reel that was designed/co-designed by one of there sponsored anglers? Do they both have the same consistent quality you would expect to follow the daiwa name brand? do they carry out the same warranty/guarentee policy? thanks Scott

I like the stuff that comes with those Sweet Cheeks swimbaits. although the swimbaits are close to worthless, the scent is worth buying. Wish they sold just the scent. It might actually be a enzyme or pheremone now that i think about it
