Taurus .410 Revolver
UPDATE!! I went ahead and purchased this revolver (the Taurus 4410), with a 3'' barrel, blue finish. Being a relatively new firearm, i was surprised to get mine in (slightly) used condition at a local gun shop. After it was all said and done, it came out around $375. (The blue finish is cheaper ) Haven't had the chance to take it out and see what she can do yet, but hopefully i will do some shooting after work tomorrow or the next day. I'll be sure to keep you guys posted on my results/opinion on this gun.

Lures that DON"T work??
The ONLY lures that will DEFINITELY NEVER WORK are DRY LURES. Any lure that is used enough, in enough various styles of presentation, is eventually bound to catch SOMETHING. But seriously, I have never had ANY freakin' luck with rat-l-traps or any other lipless crankbait for that matter. It doesn't really mean that i've totally given up on them, there more like a skeleton in my closet/tackle box. But when i DO finally hook up a fish with one, its going to be a great relief!!

Brush Hogs??????????????
AS FAR AS USING BRUSH HOGS FOR JIG TRAILERS GOES... I have always liked / had the most success with a watermelon w/ red flake Baby Brush Hog. 1. At the head of the bait, i cut off JUST enough to give it a flat head, instead of the rounded off head it has already. I do this because i feel it prevents the bait from sliding/turning on the jig hook. (Alot of times i will use a dab of super glue to eliminate this problem when using jig trailers.) 2. The Brush Hogs "arms": I will disconnect (with scissors or teeth) the part of the arm(s) that are closest to the head of the bait. To me atleast, this gives the bait a LITTLE more action than it already has. 3. As you can notice, the Brush Hog has 2 different sets of "legs", one set is the legs more molded with the body of the bait, the outside, thicker, shorter legs. I will CAREFULLY tear them alittle where they have been molded to the long, thin legs, just a little. This will seperate them more from the other legs, and give them more of a wider action in the water. 4. With the same, shorter, thicker legs i have just cut, alot of times i will take scissors and cut them down the mold seam, to imitate craw claws. I don't know how effective this one is, but i do it it any ways. 5. This same technique has worked VERY well for me on a Spot Remover jig head too.

Fishing with Flukes
It goes back to the ol' saying "it's what the fish want THAT day at THAT time on THAT body of water." You just gotta mess around with the fluke. C-rig T-rig Weightless Jig it Swim it Let it drop and sit (like a Senko) try all of these.

Favorite Beer...
"To each his own", 4Bizzy but... WHHHHATTT!!!!!! You sir, live (in my opinion) in THE best beer state in the country, and MGD????! thats kinda... awesome. i personally can't stand Frat waters (aka: bud light, coors, miller, mgd) but thats whats great about personal opinions. If i may suggest one thing.... When i first turned 21, like 5 years ago, i had already been buying the "everyday" beers with a fake i.d. for a looonnnng time. So, after turning 21, i was like "this is just like when i was 17-20! so i made a goal to NEVER buy the same exact beer twice, until it was almost impossible for me to buy a a beer, cuz i'de tried em all. Some i loved, and of course, some were disgusting. but it is the best way to broaden your hops horizon, and you will actually start to subconciously attach a particular beer to a specific memory (time, place, who you were with, what you were doing) which is actually pretty cool. like i said, i totally respect everyones opinion, on ANY topic. oh yeah..... i have ALOT of favorite beers, so, IF i had ONE beer to drink for the rest of my days... it'de be.. Samuel Smith Nut Brown Ale.. hmm..
