Yea I have the 705CB and love it that’s why I’m looking at the 734C for 1/2 oz jigs.....also looking at the ALX IKOS (wonder if its worth the $50 more) and Tatula.....just trying to gather as much info as possible. Thanks.

Really interested in these rods but can’t decide between the promise 73 or hammer 73.....I would be throwing 1/2 oz jigs mostly around docks and some grass, but nothing like really heavy cover. Thoughts??

How are they throwing 3/8 oz to 1/2 oz jigs?? I don’t fish a lot of heavy cover. I’d love to hear your thoughts.

My buddy is trying to get back into bass fishing and is trying to pick up a new spinning setup......this reel seems to be a lot for the price point so I'm def going to recommend....thanks guys

Ditto ......other reels feel cheap and pathetic when compared to my Lews reels IMO

Lews Tournament is a lot of bang for your buck no doubt!!

Cabelas has the Lews tournament for $119 which is an absolute steal.......has dual breaking system and is straight butter!! I would pay $200 for that reel but I'm definitely happy I didn't have to!

I have both reels and thought they were great until I got my Lews tournament reel. It has magnetic and centrifugal breaking and is absolute butter!!! They are $119 at Cabelas right now and IMO that is an absolute steal.....Abu is nice but with Lews you can literally "feel the difference"!!

Loomis looks good underneath a lot of reels! Especially a free one
