What do you guys like to do to modify your buzz baits? Do you prefer to leave the skirt on or take it off? What about adding grubs or swim baits? favorite combination?

Would using a thicker diameter line reduce dig ins?

I usually fish 15 lb powerpro on my baitcasters. However, people on here are saying that it is "too thin" making it unmanageable Could anyone talk about this? Is heavier line easier to manage? Is the heavier,thicker line significantly more visible to fish?.

If I may ask, why do you say that 15 lb braid is too thin for a baitcaster? I've never had a problem with it? what do you guys find frustrating about it?

I feel like my 7ft mh fast action with 15 pound braid is inadequate....What would you guys recommend. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
